24/12/2019 18:09 | Thanks davebowler - let me see if I can make your link clickable: It would be great if they are using graphene supplied by Versarien of course, but in various reports that I've seen, there is nothing to indicate that Versarien is involved. And I vaguely recall NR saying it isn't graphene material from Versarien (or am I remembering some other brand he was referring to?) | ![]() grabster
24/12/2019 17:43 | I've been reading about a failed oil drill where the packer failed. This led me to look further at packers and found the article below. Some interesting points - Price Analysis Over the past few years, the prices for packers and plugs have shown a downward trend due to relatively small demand, high competition and a decline in commodity prices, such as steel and rubber. The prices for packers are driven by their application and/or a unique design that is applicable to a particular field. Temporary/retrievabl Cost Analysis Packers are made of steel and elastomers/fluoroela Manufacturing quality and raw materials. This is of utmost important as a low cost packer/plug can cause very long delays if they fail to meet the sealing requirements Potential damage. Damage is a significant issue, particularly in a hot climate, as the rubber components may dry and lose their qualities very fast Meeting the right specification and not overspecifying. When selecting the elastomer/fluoroelas The global market is $2 Bn. You can see from the reports where VRS can have an impact. I didn't realise the market size. | ![]() serratia

24/12/2019 11:24 | Most odd, they go through now. Got to dash more stuff to do. Merry xmas everyone it is going to be a fab 2020 for the VRS family. In the fullness of time I see a tranche of solid VRS PIs on payback time for the scumbags. The planning for which is already being talked about. :-) | ![]() superg1
24/12/2019 11:24 | Compliments of the Season to all. Let's finish with some blue transactions! | ![]() alchemy
24/12/2019 11:24 | Is this where VRS is involved............ | ![]() anley
24/12/2019 11:23 | I see Potato head and Turnip head are in the Christmas spirit. Still got their heads up each others bottoms. | bigjohnsmam
24/12/2019 11:21 | So that 120 went rough cantors clearly Wins have none on Nex either otherwise the higher amounts would have gone through. I see on NEX they moved it up at just gone 11am. Just doing a live info spill so others can see what goes on. | ![]() superg1
24/12/2019 11:19 | Well though I'd waste a dealers fee just to see how low you have to go to get a quote and buy. 500 shares, 150 shares no, 140 shares, no etc etc. 120 shares yes. Farcical isn't it. Price displayed 92p for 10k shares. | ![]() superg1

24/12/2019 11:17 | Indeed, lurching from saintly acts to threats of murder is hardly normal behaviour.I hope he finds peace and light over Christmas. | ![]() festario
24/12/2019 11:13 | Graham, why do you feel this compulsive need to tell everyone how great you are, how special you are, what good deeds you do? Most normal pople are infinitely more modest, don't feel the need to brag about the good they do. Narcissistic personality disorder, that's why. | ![]() club sandwich
24/12/2019 11:10 | Aha Cantors on bid but can be got through Wins on Nex. | ![]() superg1
24/12/2019 11:09 | Will sort the merry xmas bits later. Just done my good deed, made me laugh at the stress the guy was under. A cunning plan of locking kids xmas presents in the back of his van. All fine until xmas eve the keys can't be found anywhere. All sorted, happy dad, and his earache has subsided. | ![]() superg1
24/12/2019 11:03 | Merry Christmas to you all. If any of you bump into Santa, remind him of the benefits of Graphene on sleigh performance! | ![]() verger
24/12/2019 10:37 | So many positive possibilities ;-) | ![]() grabster
24/12/2019 10:34 | Probably disagree grabster.Think oil and gas could be signed by end of Jan. Neill mentioned specifically discussions starting in Jan. Don't think there's any 3rd party to take into account. With Neill's experience of sector I am sure customer and vrs know the value that can be gained and the price both are willing to accept. So I am really optimistic on this one soon to be followed this quarter by the others.Merry Xmas and an exciting New year to everyone. | ![]() luckykids
24/12/2019 10:25 | Yep - many thanks to the genuine and helpful contributors on this thread. I remain confident of a strong year ahead for Versarien. The unhelpful ones who clutter this thread will eventually lose interest and drift away like gangs of vandals seeking summat else to deface elsewhere. Meanwhile I have them filtered so they don't get in my way. ;-) I still expect Aecom and textiles to be the first serious commercial areas of activity | ![]() grabster |
