Meanwhile I keep plugging away at my company..saw an internal article the other day about concrete roads/repairs so emailed the guy who is our "senior pavement engineer" to ask about his awareness of graphene. He had heard a bit about it (!) but was not aware the Manchester Uni / Highways England links...is now though :-)

My parting note - Couldn't be happier with my investment. Astonished the price/market hasn't reacted to the recent news but it will 'get it' one day. I'll see some of you in the future, once Y is fulfilled in my AtoZ of Versarien (post 71142)

Twitter groups allow censorship, as you can ban anyone whose opinion you don't agree with.

As such they become echo chambers, and that's not healthy in my opinion.


Discussion boards allow debate, and pertinent points to be raised.


They also allow people to individually filter posters if they so desire, so I cannot understand why you need to move to Twitter, all the tools are here, it's just that people choose not to use them!

Scrutable all the University IP you talk about is available to the other Teir 1 members of GEIC so nothing special there. The IP Versarien acquired (yes none was developed in a garage) from universities was bought for a tiny sum and hardly any R&D spend has taken place since.

There's no evidence the production technique can be commercially scaled and certainly no evidence of commercial sales.

What exactly underpins the nosebleed valuation? Neill talks a good game but take that away and there's a bunch of collaborations that you'd see at any aim £20m tech company.
