19/10/2018 13:08 | I am no longer mobile so cannot contribute much from visits to the company, meeting the execs, AGMs and investor meetings, But I can still contribute something of value from listening to charlatans for decades, particularly during WW2 Every time you attempt to counter a shorter/de-ramper you give them an opportunity to make another adverse innuendo, a tendentious argument or a blatant lie. Every politician knows that repeating lies thousands of times gradually affects the collective impression ie subconscious of those listening. Goebbels invented propaganda but Putin and Trump are more brilliant exponents of it. You must have noticed cause and effect thse recent years IT WORKS it is really stupid to abett it. NEVER NEVER RESPOND - You are only eroding your asset value | ![]() scrutable

19/10/2018 12:56 | A lot of the sells look like they are from a fund selling around 130, and taking a few worried PIs with them. Us old hands who remember the Lombard sell around 13 p have seen it all before and it has been followed by a rapid rise previously once the fund is gone- I think superg thought they only had 1m shares as of a couple of days ago. I suspect a few newcomers who may have bought in after the ST article have exacerbated the sell off by hitting their own 10% stop losses. Both the fund sell and the newbies should be done in next day or so I would have thought. Just my speculation but would seem to explain the drop. I am holding long and strong and adding whenever I get some cash. | rheumking
19/10/2018 12:55 | Keep your eyes on the prize folks! All this rubbish about competitors is just that, rubbish. Completely irrelevant to your investment in VRS at this stage if you have done your research. It is all smoke and mirrors by the trolls playing on the emotions of weak holders. The trolls are not as stupid as they make out, they know VRS is the real deal but they also know we have some excitable holders and they are playing them, not the company. We've been here before don't forget... Anyway good luck all genuine holders :-) | ![]() tim3416
19/10/2018 12:54 | Spid81, as you clearly well versed in FGR would care to help explain why their share price has almost halved in the last couple of months? I'm intrigued but I cannot spot the reason why? | ![]() 1retirement

19/10/2018 12:40 | With regards the UOM, I think they are in a slightly difficult situation. They have to be seen to be impartial. If I were them and I wanted 'graphene' for various applications I would buy some of the best quality graphene from the company I felt was producing the best quality and less good quality from a company that I felt was capable of supplying that....simples! | ![]() woodpeckers
19/10/2018 12:38 | Spid, I'm not seeing the point you are trying to make. If you think FGR is a better investment than VRS, fair play. Go for it. I'm invested in VRS because it ticks the boxes that matter to me, including (in no particular order):- - established performance of 2D materials in (disruptive) improvement of end product - well-run business - satisfying demand rather than churning out more tonnes of product than it can sell - multi-faceted (i.e. de-risked) business operating at a profit with no debt - advantageous relationships with universities including reciprocal investments - taking over spin-outs while universities retain a shareholding - government backing (DIT) without strings and I could go on (for quite a long time). How does FGR compare? No. Don't answer that. This is a VRS forum. What I will reflect is Neill's comment about competitors on yesterday's interview with Justin Waite re XG Sciences. As CEO of the business he welcomes "competition" because there is plenty of business to go around. The more players who can deliver stuff that works in the field of 2D materials, the more winners there will be in a vast market. | ![]() compoundup
19/10/2018 12:38 | Read the pdf statement yourself. Additionally, using logic, larger flakes infer many layers ie graphite We all await npl testing of products to iso standards to provide definitive results that all investors can rely upon. Until then, it's a matter of opinion and interpretation. I could easily be wrong, and prepared to admit that. However, until then, I rely upon that vrs have advised +nanene will likely meet the iso graphene standards as propsed, per rns interims statement, 2017. All in my laymens opinion, dyor. Good day.
