If rainbow is implying IQE, he needs to know there are still 72.5 millions shares on loan or 9.5% of total issued shares - or 72.5 millions IQE shorts.

from the wiki piece on China-Germany trade:

Germany is China's biggest trading partner and technology exporter in Europe,[4] and the amount of German investment in China ranks second among European countries, after the United Kingdom.

China is Germany's largest trading partner, superseding the United States since 2017.

The trade volume between China and Germany surpassed 100 billion U.S. dollars in 2008.[2] By 2014 German Chancellor Angela Merkel had visited China on trade missions seven times since assuming office in 2005, underlining the importance of China to the German economy.[5]

Super - very much appreciate your comments on other 'graphene' companies out there. Convinces me more and more that VRS is the real deal and has a hugely bright future ahead of it. Eventually ;-)

Spike - well that's what I'd hoped. After all, Germany's largest trading partner is China but not (so far as I am aware) at a gov-gov level, German companies just sell a lot of stuff there...

Chill

I worked out form simply reading up on FGR that they are full of BS. Morgan advanced materials a UK company with £1 bill revenue linked up with the UOM/NGI in 2014 to advance that type of graphene production.

They couldn't get it to work. Yet some bits in Aus in a shed who stick the full method on a youtube video claiming they can do it. They make huge impossible claims.

That most comprehensive data sheet claim article was a blatant lie and they know it.

So if the Aussie sources are saying Warwick is full of BS that figures as it stands out a mile.

I may seem complacent but I have read these claims over and over again for over 5 years on dozens of companies, so BS and lies stands out a mile if you understand what they are trying to claim.

Seriously most Lth either went to the golf day /AGM or read the comprehensive feedback from both of them / Sg and several others continually provide excellent background research/can see the high esteem Versarien are held in by Uk gov and at the current conference in the USA ..ive never Invested before and never will again, so as a complete novice with every spare £ invested here im not impatient or concerned because ive listened and learned my only suprise is that if “others “ are so impatient and negative why they dont just invest elsewhere ... they are really quite tiresome day after day ..

Sunday Times ramp effect now wearing off as the share price resumes its journey south to revisit the lows of last week with more mug punters on board. The ST article and the ramblings of the BB rampers differ only in that the ST is read by a larger number of gullible mugs than this board.

I did all that work long back. XG soon BS year in year out. They have poised $50 mill down the drain so far and it's still climbing.

The 55 sciences papers they list are all completed by the owners but you can't see those other less you pay.

I sent them various free science paper showing their graphene is junk after they said they were unable to provide details to show their worked.

It's still the case here that many have no idea what they are invested in so are susceptible to any old junk that those with agenda post.

Re Brexit and China, there seems to be conflation here: VRS (a British company) are doing deals with entities within China, i.e. it is NOT about a trade agreement between two countries. Therefore the March 2019 date has zero significance as far as timing for completing one or more deals in China.

Best wishes - Spike

Put me on it too please CS as your drivel ref everything except your one sided view is so boring it's beyond comprehension. I'm sure you'll love counting the cash your shares will be worth once the government with VRS have secured the best possible deal for the UK.

If Apple decides to pull the plug on IQE as it did for IMG, it is the end. In fact Apple wants to be independent of any supplier.
Here we have almost 30 collaborations that will become orders within a short period of time as they started a while ago.

Richie absolutely true, I'll not say much more on the immorality of forcing the public to pay for a one sided propaganda channel in terms of politics and socially, regardless of where you stand

No matter how big the deal is or how big it is played by the government, I guarantee the BBC will not report it or will downplay it.

Without the BBC a story cannot gain legs with the wider public

In fact I decided to sell today all the remaining IQE shares I own because a CFO is just another bean counter of the same stagnating company. In fact better to sell at 84p than at 4p - an 80p difference per share.

Lucky orange, been here with Iqe , wish ide sold at the top & was re buying in now . This Vrs share price is so similar just giving a word of caution not that it’s any skin of my back. Better to take profits & not let them disappear.
