This deal opens vrs to battery tech investors. Hopefully good demand for shares, and maybe the battery update rns explains some of the strong buying of late? Aimo Best ellis.

I suspect all has been done with careful consideration to limit spivs as much as possible.

I'm buzzing about that news. I for one sent mail suggesting they take up more than in the news to service the PIs and get rid of the fund raise continued fund raise speculation.

Now the next big news bears can look forward too is China, orders and the like. ;-)

Bears running spikes will be out and great for PIs that want some if it does take a dip.

I wasn't able to buy in the offer even though I saw it straight away.. I have to get Compliance sign off from work before I can do any trades which wasn't going to happen Friday night.. but I will top up today, to help the SP!

I'm gutted I missed the opportunity too as I was driving on the motorway. Tried at 9pm but was too late. Have £7.5k to add later in the week but feel the price will much higher. However, as we've all seen, give it 6 months-a year and it will seem like a steal!

MMs started showing their colours on the screen now. Doesn't matter for long term holders as nothing changed at the company level. All enjoy. Enjoy the spikes.

I trust the extra raised will go to provide funding for scale up of a pilot plant and assist cash flow until the major revenue channels start. I don't think the extra money was needed to purchase the coffee for the AGM.

Well done all investors who managed to pick up shares on the offer.145p will seem like peanuts in a year or two.
VRS is moving at breakneck speed in this technological race and therefore I am pleased that the offer was oversubscribed, enabling Neill and the team to react quickly where an opportunity arises. In short, I trust Neill and the team to put the additional funds to good use when the time comes.
Who knows, there may be a need for 6 tonnes rather than 3, sooner than we think.

If the tech in this new venture is a significant lead, maybe it could be a seed unicorn in it's own right ! Dyor. Porsche dumping diesel production. 3 day week at jaguar cos of poor diesel sales. There could be a scramble by esp european automakers to beef up their ev offering ! Aimo. Best ellis

This is exactly what happened last year in Nov when they raised twice the amount they needed at 17p I bought couple of days later at 20p
Look where we are now !!!!

Got my allocation too. Personally think the over funding is great news and extremely well managed. An acquisition plus funds for gearing up as required or for other acquisition in due course and all for minimum dilution whilst playing as fair as can do ie for retail within the bounds of the game. And all with minimal management disruption in a few days. What's not to like ?
