As a shareholder you should be well aware that VRS have used PB in the past very successfully, allowing private investors to pick up shares without the usual institutional investor shenanigans that normally accompany an AIM fund raise. Look where we are now compared to that fund raise 11 months ago. Might I humbly suggest three options to you, rather than whine and try to position some other shareholder to present your 'issue' you may want to (1) turn up at the AGM yourself and present your own argument and dissatisfaction, (2) sell all your shares on Monday morning at 8am, thus eliminating the angst you hold, or (3) quite your moaning and let the board get on with doing their jobs.

Zap and go was obvious choice, but discounting them, another collab partner could be lurking to elevate this deal into a winner from the get go. In which case, purchase derisked ? All speculation. Imo. Best ellis

Bootie - I think that's where the "triangle" comes in. IMO Zap+Go, VRS and Gnanomat have complementary skills. We'll know more on Tuesday.

Looks like it senden and confirms the class of neill here. Dashed over to spain at the drop of a hat. Got horribly delayed on flight back, having to take a hotel room overnight. This personal touch reminds me of how alex ferguson used to fly all over to meet the star players he wanted to sign for united. Nice to be wanted by a top team (vrs) who's boss comes to you !
