Missed out cos I wasn't around on Friday afternoon :-(Shouldn't grumble too much really, just rare you get chances like this to participate in fundraising.........Congrats to anyone who got some. :-)

I would strongly recommend to use Versarien’s own website to subscribe for notifications. It’s very simple and has proved to be working just fine until now. I had the fund raise email at 5.01pm on Friday, read a few comments on here to make sure I wasn’t missing anything, set up an account with Prime Bid in the meantime and managed to grab 10300 shares at around 5.30pm. Just had the email from Prime Bid to confirm the quantity. Happy days! Oh, and of course I’ll be holding on to each and every one of them super tight, don’t you worry, but dunno about the other 3.5 million :) :|

Usually The Vox app seems to be the fastest but for the PB RNS it didn't send an alert until about an hour later which could have been too late.

I’ll be very surprised if the MMs don’t drop the price at the open as some spivs will have slipped through the net.

For what it’s worth some may wish to use 165m as the number of shares in issue assuming recently granted options as well as old ones will be in the money too.

£5.2m does mean that the dilution is fractionally greater - but still irrelevant within the overall scheme of things.

Could of raised up to 8m euro I believe. Happy for them to of raised additional money to improve the balance sheet.
