FYI - you ca register for your SIPP/ISA to be the recipient account for the shares. You cannot pay with funds from this account, you need to buy with debit card (not CC).
I presume this counts towards your funding of ISA?SIPP so if you are up to ISA Limit...well?
If you put in your SIPP will you get 20% to 40% added to balance from UK Gov? I don't know.
As I said, I just loaded up my SIPP so only had a little cash left, which I have invested.

Share price will dip on Monday whilst the spivs bank their profits but shouldn’t last long.

I respect NR trying to level the playing field for PIs with IIs and I’ve been caught out and am annoyed with myself by not having funds in the right place.

You cannot please everyone without going through an expensive shareholder pre-emption rights process, which for 2m shares is not worth it.

The Spanish deal looks interesting and I’d love more details - those going to AGM please ask.

Forgetting the fundraise which is very small, this sounds like a very interesting opportunity.

We all know that Neill shies away from dilution and has always said that he would only do it if he really felt it would benefit the company and its shareholders.

My guess is that we get TWO announcements on Monday morning. One confirming that this offer was oversubscribed within the first hour - and another unrelated piece of big news which will counter any negative share price reaction ;-)

Given it is such a small amount of shares, it should not bring the current share price back down to placing price.

Reading the RNS, this patent ap description in the news section of their website, looks like the reason we're in here ? If this is Energy storage for excess renewables, that provides a cost effective solution, bingo ! Exciting times.
