Not into oil juniors. I looked at HUR at 10p and was amazed at the potential but thought I must have it wrong as it was 10p. Research said otherwise but it was an oil company so I jogged on.

ECO was by chance due to read all news each day. Enough to make me look and more than enough to be of interest imo.

A key word re oil 'near' big finds, which is something I would look into deeply.

For some it's like living in Manchester and saying you live near London. Sorting out if it's BS re 'near' is key imo.

sonson - actually if I remember right 'staggering' was with regard to the amount of nanene *each* of that week's collab partners (Korea and America) might use? Sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong...

Even if there's no news tmrw still plenty to talk about at golf. And if anyone can winkle out of NR quite what 'staggering' means (in the context of the Korea and American collabs) I'd be grateful ;-)

Thanks super understand your reluctance but knowing your knowledge on Vrs, just interested on wether you had found any other gems, l have given up on oilies just lost to much on them, just keep on topping up on Vrs whenever l can, let's hope for some good news this week, I'm looking forward to going to agm, you can't beat looking into the eyes of the directors, there's no hiding. I'm not saying buy I'm just saying what I think has legs.

I put a small amount and forget amount into image scan just because I think what they have will catch on and perhaps they will be bought out. It could go bust, it doesn't bother me it's a fire and forget small amount.

IOF is one I've been around for years. Frustrating story there and a great example of how the wrong guy can destroy value. Many waiting on loan notes to be extended or taken on by others.

ECO oil. I hate junior oil companies but it looks like binary bet weighted in favour of a positive share price outcome before any drilling starts due to majors chatting to them and huge oil discoveries next to their acreage (Exxon as in the news). CEO in the interview seems to be the down to earth no BS type. BB very quiet compared to some other oil shares. Had a punt and I'll hold for the outcome of talks with majors up to and probably including any drilling if it ever happens. DYOR etc. Only spotted them last week.

TBH I haven't researched anything much for a long time, the odd one I have liked.
I just pick a letter of the alphabet and go through the list on the London stock exchange website. Nice easy read details there.

I do a quick scan to filter out companies and have about 10 (one letter) to look at and haven't started yet.

I'm thinking post VRS. I have small pots to buy and play around with others. EG I go on about bad news bounces. Foot locker was the one today but it was in slow motion compared to normal. I don't recommend doing that unless you have level 2. More often than not big bad news bounces play off. You just have to be disciplined.
