O/t , had a conversation this morning re. housing market, new build sales have dropped off a cliff earlier than they have previously done but 'second hand' home sales have picked up and thinks the max mortgage rate will go to is 5%!?

Lots to choose from though from the amount of 'For sale' signs up.

If you look at the time it was executed then you can see that the trade was late reported. 10:41:30, if you scroll down to look at trades carried out at the same time then you will see that trades at 155.50 were buys. The MM's like to delay trades sometimes and the report them when the share price has risen or dropped to make the trade look like a sale (or a buy if they use this trick the other way around)

you really would need your head examined to short VRS: and if you're already short you'd need your head examined not to close out and take a loss. News that could put this over £2 a share - if not higher - could come at quite literally any time. In fact I'm amazed we're not near/at £2 already...

A 25k late reported buy just went through. Placed 5 minutes after rainbow posted! Looks like someone else sees rainbow as a bull signal!
