A book well worth reading, only a brief mention of graphene but does give insights into the Chinese philosophy of change and has further given me confidence in why they want Nanene.

Hi Harry. I can't remember if I answered this? Phase 1 was getting the foundations in place in order to even consider China for ODI. I think the Phases will be on-going given everything from Implementation through to management and further expansions. We have an ODI priority list
