TP, I guess you've come across the fantasy portfolios - most brokers have them, and ADVFN? I played around on those for 6 months or so before taking the plunge.

I started with a relatively small pot a couple of months back. So had to get it right sooner otherwise I would have nothing to trade left. Spent two months reading 8 books before opening an account. Made almost 20% since May this year . Got 20 books now.

As a guesstimate I'd say shoc had 200k to 250k from somewhere going by how many buys were soaked up while they dominated the offer.

In theory if that chuck has gone they will put the report in now which may show after hours. That's how it normally works.

157 was being paid and sure enough Shoc have left the offer and onto the bid. They are the MM that had held it back so they had a chunk from somewhere.

In theory it will get reported later.

Been out. Good call whoever it was that said it looked like a supply had come in.

Shorecap had been stuck on the offer and just back in time to see them move up on the offer.

Note the price within the price moves mentioned earlier that indicate when a change will come.

153.88, 153.9, 153.94 and so on.

Then the recent 1.56 offer 155.7, 155.94, 156 and gone (small trades).

While typing 2 were on 157p now just Shoc on 157p

The naked traders book is good for the basics but if I had followed it too closely then I wouldn't have invested in VRS and missed this fantastic opportunity.
