pshevlin - must have cheek filtered already as I haven't seen his posts, but I absolutely agree with you. Fantasy, delusion, nostalgia and bigotry are the tools in trade of the Brexiteers, they don't do anything as mundane as facts. Most laughable case: that self-described intellectual Gove saying people have had enough of experts because he couldn't find *any* (well there's one, but he's not mainstream or taken seriously) economists who thought Leaving was a good idea...

Thanks Hattie, seen it now.

Clubby: Pity its not France, I think there might be enough support on this bb to move you to Pas-de-Calais, I'm assuming Bretagne is out of the question, Vancover might be a bit of an ask.

And of course, just speculating, i imagine such an award might help firms with an ODI strategy attract grants and investments to execute upon their overseas expansion plans ! We know from matt walker, china deal/s are planned for as risk free. Aimo. Best ellis

Cheek....sorry you are a deluded patriot (last refuge of the scoundrel. Samuel Johnson).
Perhaps you can immolate yourself on the barbed wire in the next war to prove it.

As a matter of interest I have nothing against this country, only some of the wildlife that inhabits it like you. Perhaps you should save a little of your ire for the likes of Redwood and Rees-Mogg who whilst pretending patriotism inform investors to take their money out of the UK before Brexit.

Sorry about the politics but you started it. I was merely stating facts.

Not being interested in continuing the "conversation" with a low life I have now filtered you so don't bother responding.

Oh and since I will continue to pay most of my tax here and maintain a house I will NOT be disinvesting in this "great" ( in the true meaning of the word) company.

Spike - not sure where I want to live (given the choice, obviously), I just know it's not this country any more. I really liked Croatia. Or Canada, I was very taken with Vancouver when we went on a family holiday there 10 years ago...

[edit] when VRS has made me squillions I'll either have homes in several places, or just take 6-month lets in different countries...

Super - they don't seem to have noticed last week's massive collab deals either, or the secondment of not one but two DIT guys. Frankly I'm amazed we're not already nudging or over £2...

Gonna be a huge wake-up moment at some stage...

Really surprised at the negativity of some here about the export support RNS. As Graphite and Grabster said, it is very likely that VRS are primed to soon be a great example with something significant to shout about.

And, more generally, yes, "great"! Campaigns like this cannot focus at the fancy talkers in Boardrooms - they don't need such support. This is a campaign for all that support Great Britain, and I'm proud to be one.

China news.

It's nice that it's on an unknown timeline. When it was thought mid year we had the herd about.

I say nice as if some thought big China news was to come with 1-4 then we would have the herd and lane changers piling in with a percentage of those looking to abandon ship and back where they came from on the news.

Far better that no one has a frigging clue. I hope it gets serve cold catching the market and herd by surprise.

1 has become 24 and thankfully herd types don't seem to have noticed.

Back on the IQE point.

It has revenue, it has profits, hot sector, growth and big name customers.
]
So just about every AIM investor and fund that would invest in such stocks knows about it.

Stocks like VRS in terms of investor knowledge are a fraction of those that know about IQE, many funds will never have heard of VRS.

In theory if VRS grows wells, revenue top and goes into profit, we will pick up a lot more investor and fund awareness.

However for a percentage of investors it's about how much they can make there then flip back no matter what shares/s they track.

If graphene becomes a hot investor sector (I suspect it will) then I suspect VRS will do very very well.
