29/8/2018 08:03 | Roger No pleasure in it but I couldn't see why it was being pushed pre news. Some appear on there saying it was being pumped to dump pre news and it looks like it's going to be down a bit today judging by the open. So those guys claiming the pump and dump, pushed to them too, will be vocal. | ![]() superg1

29/8/2018 08:00 | Wonderful post spike. Seems decency is in the dna of vrs. It costs nothing but builds confidence in the stock imo. Glalth. Best ellis | ![]() ellissj
29/8/2018 07:56 | Is it only 07:56? Are the minutes getting longer waiting for a RNS? Is Justin having VRS podcast withdrawal symptoms? | anotherdrink
29/8/2018 07:53 | Sorry for IQE holders that the results were not good, but it was not a disaster.I am sure that it will come good in 2019. I did hold some shares but sold and bought more VRS some months back when the VRS price was depressed. | ![]() rogerbridge
29/8/2018 07:53 | IQE were mentioned on R4 the other day (Sunday?). Didn't pay too much attention as I don't follow it - but I look forward to the day VRS starts getting mentions/coverage like that. | ![]() club sandwich
29/8/2018 07:47 | Diversification I wasn't going to mention Ade but IQE in general. There was quite a bit of pumping going on pre news ad a bit of inking of VRS by the same folk. Clearly some had lane flipped some shares. I had a read and couldn't see why. EG one was saying IQE should track the price moves VRS has seen. EG £1 to £1.50. The SPs are in the same number area by chance and it's a daft thought process. 50p for IQE is M/C gain of about £380 mill and VRS about £75 mill. But on that topic, results not that exciting and being said so by some bullish and pumping it pre news. Talk of the main revenue change in 2019. VRS make big news to come and the China game many are waiting for, IQE talking 2019 for the fun. No idea where IQE will go today but many will want to see £1 holds I suspect. So bumper to bumper here imo keeping the lane gaps closed. | ![]() superg1

29/8/2018 07:32 | mj i hold over 100k which i never trade i trade a little with 50k - now have ano 30k to buyback so long as i sell higher than i buy, i gain. as to iqe, it is what i expected. 2019 is the game changer i hold 145k of iqe and have given up trading it for now | ![]() adejuk
29/8/2018 07:28 | Probably others will buy back here too mj, not quite what they expected but a good company all the same, will just take time. | ![]() luckyorange
29/8/2018 07:21 | Think Adejuk was hoping for more from the IQE H1 results this morning so he could come back in here. No sure that’s going to happen after a quick skim. Pretty grim | ![]() mjatkin82
29/8/2018 07:17 | No RNS today, ah well. Down another half a penny probably giving adejuk the chance to get a few more traders for his money! T.Rowe Price - would they count as international? | ![]() runthejoules
28/8/2018 23:52 | Just to make sure people are aware as the topic came up today re graphene. VRS have two types of GNPS both of which enhance products. Nanene and HP. HP has less of a percentage of under 10 layers (73%) but the lateral range is up to a much larger range <26.5 um. VRS do Nanene, HP, GO, RGO, Hexotene, CVD graphene and Graphene inks. | ![]() superg1

28/8/2018 23:43 | Diversification Offshore has a 5% and 10% rule etc UK 3% and every 1% after that as I understand it. A person must notify the issuer of the percentage of its voting rights he holds as shareholder or holds or is deemed to hold through his direct or indirect holding of financial instruments falling within ■ DTR 5.3.1R (1) (or a combination of such holdings) if the percentage of those voting rights: (1) reaches, exceeds or falls below 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10% and each 1% threshold thereafter up to 100% (or in the case of a non-UK issuer on the basis of thresholds at 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75%) EG I believe Herald went through 3% but to date no TR1. | ![]() superg1
28/8/2018 23:32 | Just checked in for the Golf day but will not embarrass all concerned with my inability with the clubs. Look forward to walking the course with y’all. | ![]() shavian
28/8/2018 23:28 | Diversification - overseas investors are under the same disclosure obligations as UK although they tend to be less reliable when it comes to compliance! I believe that for overseas domiciled companies with an AIM listing the threshold rises to 5% but don’t quote me on that! AIMHO etc | lovat scout
28/8/2018 22:47 | In all my years of investing, I never cease to be amazed at Versarien! It is so utterly unique!: I'm currently making arrangements for accommodation around the golf day, and got a response back from Nigel Laughton (VRS) who has been organizing it, the response was at 11p.m. Bank Holiday Monday. I just got this follow-on response tonight at 10:18pm (hopefully he won't mind me sharing it here - we are after all 'family' ;0) Mike, Versarien's David Kerr is staying in Bath the night before (and after) the golf, he's staying at the Premier Inn - which is near the Apex Hotel (.... the equivalent to the outside loo, in the garden!!) Nothing flash for Versarien staff, except David's golf - which is causing Labrokes to get jittery! David has kindly offered to drive a couple of people to the golf club in the morning - here, cc'd, if you want to 'order' him!! I suspect if you ask nicely, he'll wear a suit and cap for his chauffeuring duties; all part of the Versarien Service. Etc.... We are not talking about a tin pot little backwater company, but a company with world leading cutting-edge technologies, production processes and production capability (and of course so much more besides), over a hundred employees and a respectable market cap (for its age). Clearly Neill's ethos and leadership is all inspiring, and in my view unparalleled, as are the team surrounding him. It is of little wonder that it is so well regarded internationally. I am proud, and not a little humbled, to be a very very small part of it. Best wishes - Spike | ![]() spike_1
