28/8/2018 22:29 | I assume overseas investors are obligated to disclose holdings in the same way? Thanks again | ![]() diversification
28/8/2018 22:21 | Diversification- splitting of beneficial holdings by the same buyer to avoid detection or declarations is illegal - Blue Arrow an example that led to a change in the law for those with long memories! | lovat scout
28/8/2018 22:17 | Lucky you are right - not policed tightly enough | lovat scout
28/8/2018 22:16 | Lovat, thank you for that. I find it strange given the volume of some individual trades that we haven’t seen more ‘holding’ Could it be that these shares are being purchased under multiple subsidiaries within a larger institution so as not to give the game away? So many unanswered questions, all will reveal itself over time I am sure. | ![]() diversification
28/8/2018 22:14 | Always a but though lovat, Will Battrick took an age to declare so although it's an 'obligation' it doesn't seem to be a legal one? | ![]() luckyorange

28/8/2018 22:11 | Diversification - when a buyer reaches 3% there is an obligation to inform the company. Shares, CFDs, convertibles etc all going towards the 3% threshold. Tighter rules apply when a company is in an offer period. An offer period doesn’t have to be a bid for a company, it can be a material transaction such as a strategic acquisition or a disposal - decision made by takeover panel or relevant exchanges. | lovat scout
28/8/2018 21:57 | China news of some sort is not far away. Or why mention Peter Twitter. Happy to wait so many irons in so many fires. Made me laugh when somebody asked Neill if we had sent anybody to Africa with TM his reply we are busy enough with China and USA.August nearly done. I Think september is going to be special. | graphite bot

28/8/2018 21:23 | What are the rules surrounding disclosure of ‘holdings̵ | ![]() diversification
28/8/2018 21:17 | While we've been 'busy' I missed the trade which took the share price up. Fest my guess is that lurking buyer you could see after shares. 12.29 90k shares bought (£140k) 1.51p. 147-150 and paid 151p. Then after that there was a run of 5 late reports for 20k and one for 60k, with nothing like the prior to the 90k trade. Sonmething outside the norm imo today. | ![]() superg1

28/8/2018 21:13 | Part of the problem with questions is that we know that they have all been answered somewhere previously. This one courtesy of Vasilis, now if anyone interested wants to listen to that podcast , feel free. '08 Feb 2018 VRS The world lead in real Graphene (Nanene) - VRS The story here is much more secure and credible than the 'disbelievers' will acknowledge, so here are a few basic 'known knowns' - 1 Nanene has been independently verified, including Raman spectroscopy. Ergo it 'does what it says on the tin' according to independent analysis. 2 VRS are working with the ISO standards guys as stated by Neill in his latest podcast and also that VRS know what the ISO are looking for. Neill is confident of getting ISO accreditation since he knows the two variables involved, namely (a) the ISO standards, and (b) the lab profile results of Nanene. Nevertheless, we have to go through the submission process and then wait for official accreditation status as per ISO protocol. | ![]() luckyorange

28/8/2018 21:06 | Anyone else noticed the deafening silence on Twitter over the last several hours. Very strange that Matt and Neil should mention Peter’s Twitter account yet still nothing.... I am with a few others on here who are suggesting that Peter will be unable to say anything on twitter until an RNS has been released. He is hardly going to tweet saying ‘hi, my name is Peter’ I am not sure about others but a Chinese RNS that discloses the terms of a deal will enable us to evaluate a valuation model for VRS. Obviously scalable based on number of deals and natural demand for graphene. | ![]() diversification
