Happily my birthday precludes me from watching you lot do a good impression of kids playing blindfold pinata for 4 hours.

Right I'm off to speak to Sheila at the builders merchants opposite VRS.

Btw he just emailed me to say he would be asking his technical team my questions. His name is Samuel Nivison. Does that mean I am not a liar, or do you need forensics?

teepee.

I keep saying read the links.

When graphite gets ground down or whatever process it will have range of particles of various thicknesses and sizes.

A gram of 1 layer graphene would cover 1315m2.

Therefore an average of 5 layers 2um average wide would be 4um2

1 m2 = 1 mill um2.

1315 x 1 mill/5 /4 = around 65 million Gnps per gram or 65 billion per kg.

Due to the size of them it is not easy to separate out all the slighter largely or more layer flakes.

What you do is get then down the best layer range you can, decent aspect ratio and maintain their integrity.

95% of the producers out there are doing graphene in 100's of layers, they are not even remotely close to the standard.

The standard is based on what is proven to add the full range of benefits of graphene. The one the multi-layer stuff fails in is strength.

There is no point having some people sell petrol to put in your car and then it won't start at all. It has to be petrol or some other approved fuel that will actually make your engine work reliably and consistently.

The graphene world is currently full of petrol stations selling water.

I didn't ask. But maybe you can verify the name on the email they will send me. I did not think I would have to prove myself, nor do I need to as the reality is the same whether you believe me or not.

Thanks for a more civilized response. I am all in with Vrs. I think they are the company that will successfully commercialise Graphene

"The sales man took my email and will ask the technical team"

1teepe - All of us who have contact with Versarien know how transparent and honest they are, and we are always able to name who it is we are quoting, from the top man down. What was the name of the salesman you contacted and who provided confirmation of the point you were making please?

1teepee,

"I am curious about you lots paranoid behaviors"

You're classing every poster on here as being paranoid. If you want people to be friendly and respectful it's a good start to be friendly and respectful yourself.

TEEPEE..........not once in any of your posts nor in fact from any reply has there been any mention of either Manchester and Cambridge Uni's being very much involved with what VRS is doing........I am surprised as being local to the Cambridge Graphene center one sees from time to time bus loads of foreign students - all ages - wanting to come on 2 year courses.

I am not trying to sell you VRS but don't you think that these people know just what is going on?

Thank you for your posts and good luck with your investing in the future and remember that there is always something new to learn every day - especially the stock markets.

I am not saying it doesn't work. I was asking if it would pass iso if it was 10% graphite? It obviously does work. No dispute about that

TeePee, Like you, we can - and many here have - read the spec' that nanene is produced to, it is not a secret, you have found out absolutely nothing of interest.

This is the Nanene spec' sheet:

HOWEVER you seem to saying that Nanene doesn't work because 10% is 10 layers or more. Call me old fashioned but I have a sneaking suspicion that the big multi'nationals that have entered into collaborations with VRS just may have also been aware of Nanene's spec' and are happy with it, as it has been proven to work!

As for the ISO not yet being confirmed, give the guy a medal! Of course it has not been confirmed, that is one bit of news we are waiting for, and have discussed here for a considerable period.

Yours - disappointed - Spike

We aren't all as rich as most people seem to be. It's not very nice to have a pop at people with less

Been in the rough then? :-)

I do love a local story (supposedly) of the golfer that after and hole walked towards the lake by the green and threw his clubs and bag into it and stormed off.

The next group down were stood on the green when he re-appeared, waded into the water, dragged his clubs out, fiddled round for while, retrieved his car keys, then tossed them back in again :-)

This sure is a hostile place. When I get the email I will post it, to finish off. Then I will leave this forum and you never will have to hear another questioning of the Vrs religion again.

Just for the record I thought sod it and splashed out in celebration of the VRS share price price rises and got myself a whole new set of 12 golf balls.

It stings a bit with the top end balls buy hey ho I still got the cheap junk out on any sniff of water or an adjacent field.

I recommend them, as when there is near a £4 note lying on the fairway and you are going to hit it a long way with a completely unreliable stick and a material risk of never seeing it again, it tends to focus the mind on the percentage play options.

I suppose for the pros they do the percentage play all the time (unlike us) trying the carry the empire state building tree equivalent in front of us, over the edge of the field and turn it back onto the course. For them the percentage option can mean £100k more not a £4 golf ball which they are given anyway.

BTW I refused to buy the graphene/graphite enhanced version sticking with my favoured brand.

The share price seems to be under the influence of day/week traders. The movements are so abrupt. I guess, it happens when the shares are owned by PIs mostly. Some selling or some trying a combo of sell high & buy low.
