As I said Oh what tangled web we weave.

It beggars belief the games they play, lies, deception and playing the victim.

realcool, I've just been accused of missing the action 'cus I went for a pee, but jezz - you really gotta smarten up! It's been like that for - I'm guessing - a couple of months.

Naughty step (once rainbow's finished), or loss of privileges - your choice.

My initial hopes and thoughts were that it could hit £1-£1.50 in 3 years from starting the thread. I was thinking 35p would be good by Xmas 2017.

Now things have unfolded a bit as in historic posts my estimate is £2-£3 for H2 but I'm not going to fret if it doesn't get there.

I had those thoughts before Matt, Stephen, Peter, Martin and Denis joined.

We know about the big stuff but we tend to forget about the gems in other news like

As part of its membership Versarien will join the GEIC Technology Advisory Board and the Company will have dedicated GEIC laboratory space and the ability to utilise the centre's facilities. Other GEIC advisory panel partners include Airbus, Akzonobel, BAE Systems, BP, GKN Aerospace, Johnson & Johnson, Jaguar Land Rover, Siemens, Tata Steel and Thales.

Surreal . Well real and surprising..I was looking for £1billion marcap companies to see if I thought it might even be plausible to reach £6 s p. . And google offered me a hit of an advfn VRS thread! The username shown was Alchemy.I was thinking of risking an answer to the question of - could we be £4 by Christmas? It would be a stretch for a company that turned over £9 million to the year ending March 31st .I think the price is probably un- model-able. But rather mischievously, £1 per Chinese location? Those announced by Christmas. That's only circa £4billion or circa £25 per share.

Delerium, I think the idea is perhaps to illustrate that VRS is still very much not on many people's radars and so when the "herd" do arrive, there will be very little shares free. Similar story for the IIs who, when VRS start to make big revenues, will have to pay a price per share rather further north of where we are currently.

So, buy 'em, hold 'em and don't let go :-)

Forgive me if it's obvious to others, but why is it important at this juncture to know how many individual shareholders there are? Is it simply idle curiosity?

Due to the larger exhaust systems of the low-emission Euro 6 engines, the air springs in urban buses are closer to the engine or other heat sources than before and are therefore exposed to extreme temperatures. Press Release 2018-08-16 IAA Commercial Vehicles: Continental Develops Sensor to Adjust the Height of Vehicles

Integrated sensor uses ultrasound to measure height and pressure
Technology for air springs delivers greater safety and efficiency on the road
Solutions for the future of traffic in urban environments
Hanover, August 16, 2018. Technology company Continental has developed a sensor that is able to measure the height and pressure of air springs using ultrasound. With the Ultrasonic Height and Pressure Sensor (UHPS), it will be possible to adjust the height of vehicles electronically, thereby improving the efficiency of urban buses. Thanks to their extremely heat-resistant material, the air springs featuring the sensor technology are equipped for use with current and future generations of engines. Continental is presenting the new development for the first time at the 67th IAA Commercial Vehicles in September in Hanover.

Electronic control of air springs saves energy
The new sensor technology minimizes energy losses and improves efficiency, particularly for urban buses. Drivers are constantly having to adjust the ride heights of their buses throughout the day due to speed bumps, uneven surfaces and height differences at bus stops. Up to now, this has generally been done mechanically and, for most vehicles, at a uniform ride height with only one possible target value. To lower one side of the bus at bus stops, the air had to be completely let out from the spring. With the UHP sensor, the air springs are now controlled electronically and automatically.

Using ultrasound, the sensor measures the current height and pressure in the air spring and sends the values to the electronic control unit, which automatically opens or closes the air spring valves. Target values are pre-set in the electronic control unit, and drivers can pre-select these values before they start to drive depending on whether they are driving in the city or on the freeway. Continuous monitoring between the control unit and the spring maintains an appropriate ride height, which means that the electromechanical control valve does not respond to every trigger. The advantage of this is that the height and pressure can be determined precisely. This function prevents energy from being lost unnecessarily when the bus is lowered or raised. With this solution for air springs, Continental is a pioneer in the market.

Meanwhile, the developers at the technology company are already thinking ahead. The next step is for the air springs to send signals via the sensor technology in the event of overload or faults, enabling anticipatory maintenance. This will reduce unforeseen defects and thus vehicle downtime, as well as the risk of accidents, which will improve road safety.

Continental is also a pioneer when it comes to material composition. Due to the larger exhaust systems of the low-emission Euro 6 engines, the air springs in urban buses are closer to the engine or other heat sources than before and are therefore exposed to extreme temperatures. The experts at Continental have developed a material that is heat-resistant – even under these conditions – specifically for this purpose. Thanks to this property, the air springs are able to withstand over two million load cycles despite the high temperatures.

IAA Commercial Vehicles: solutions to challenges in urban traffic
The air spring featuring sensor technology is one of the products that Continental is presenting at IAA Commercial Vehicles in response to the challenges of urban traffic. In urban areas with rapidly increasing levels of traffic, it is becoming increasingly important to reduce emissions and noise, as well as accidents. Continental develops technology that is enabling the transport industry to overcome these challenges. Visitors can find out more about the other solutions that Continental has at its disposal for more sustainable urban traffic and how to achieve the goal of “Vision Zero” (zero road deaths) by visiting the Continental stand in the urban traffic information area.

Under the heading of “Make the Digital Leap,” Continental will be at Stand B11/A06 in Hall 17 at IAA Commercial Vehicles and will also be presenting its trade show highlights at the IAA press conference in Hall 3B at the Convention Center from 2:15 p.m. to 2:40 p.m. on September 19.

I agree with you, it is all about the company, but 'I fail to see the significance of ‘only’ 150 million shares'. If I remember rightly, NR's indicated on Twitter that there may be a possibility future fund raise if the situation demanded one - to finance our growth story. I think they may well be. Say they wanted to raise £13 million - with our current share price of £1.30 that would be dilution of 10 million shares however 'and reduduced the share price by a factor of 10 what would have changed' - the fact you would require 100 million shares for that £13 million at 13p (ignoring costs of course). Dilution may not be important for some but is important factor for me as it seems it is with NR. Hope I have my maths right. Just my opinion - otherwise I agree with you.

On the number of holders debate NR didn't get it wrong at all from what I can see, just worded in away that some could think he meant just 300 individual shareholders.

Answers

"Last time I looked it was about 300 in named and nominee accounts"

When queried

"300 in total in nominee and named. Yes we can serve notice on nominee accounts to find holder."

VRS will get a shareholder list each quarter which individuals and nominee accounts are listed on, that obviously is about 300 on that list.

If they want the full data they send off a request to the nominee account who then supply the full list of shareholders in that account.

If VRS did that for every nominee account then they could get the total number of individual shareholders.

It looked like just no stock about we'll have to wait and see.

Wins picked up 450k Monday and the chief suspect for some is Katie at Herald. From the point of the way the trade was done and no follow up.

Katie tends to just react to demand and often that demand is often calls from the market wanting shares.

I thought there would be a reload so I watched Wins all week. As the Sp rose today late on it got to where Wins were. They didn't hang around long and disappeared to 140p on the offer.

Re the bears.

One or two of them can't deny this was tipped to them long ago and they had the option for a deep look.

Hell fire Jaknife was right there in front of NR, called graphene hype, laughed and walked on. Had they just listened and read all the info freely provided they may understand why all the big names have and are linking up, CPI all tenders entered won, China fighting over Nanene, Gov seconding across two important DIT folk and so on.

It was all there on a plate but the choice was mock and scoff and when it did take off go for the lies and fraud on a short to try to make a buck.

It's quite simple and it's been stated many times by the world experts at every level.

The market for years has been stuffed full of graphene producers making false claims. Big names have fallen for it and so thought graphene was just hype and didn't work. Hence the desire of the NGI and NPL to sort it all out with standards.

The bears say they have found some big producers. I can find dozens of them, they should invest, some are public companies some are private and are in the market for backers. Fill yer boots boys go back them and us lot may arrive one day and short where available, no lies, no fraud, just facts.
