Andy, I emailed them earlier this week if their product due to be launched this year contains Nanene and I've not got response yet. Same should be asked about this wireless drill. I also tagged NR in that earlier Zap&Go and NR ignored it.

300 in total in nominee and named ... means that it would include big block holdings like AJ Bell for instance -where I hold my family's- would be treated as one holder, and I won't of course be the only one using them as a platform.

300 may be correct as we can all count number of repeated posters on this thread who post frequently. Mostly hold in their personal and wife accounts along with few junior ISAs. Surely the number change daily as many buy and sell on short term.

On the other side, volume is good for last three days and it shall help the share price

NR must surely be mistaken in his understanding of how many individual shareholders there are. If he isn't, then any attempt by fund managers etc to buy in large quantity is going to send the share price skywards at enormous speed ;-o

Not ramping - just allowing for what is more than likely to happen if NR's "300 shareholders in total" figure is correct - which I suspect it isn't.

I'd be interested to see the share register - for II and any large individual holders lurking just under the notification threshold or thereabouts. Would probably take out a lot of the guess work about holdings.....I did say probably :)

300 holders in total suggests an average holding go 500,000 shares per person and we know Neill is the biggest holder with about 15million. This simply doesn't add up. The 300 holders must include the likes of HL as a single holder.

Another example of why shorting highly disruptive and high growth shares can be a very dangerous sport.

PRSM is operating in a different industry but the valuation metrics are interesting for another pre-profit company with management investors believe in (for now!).

PRSM price/sales is 25x Oct 2018 forecast and VRS p/s is 21.5x March 2018 historic.

Not too much difference there but deflates the argument that the VRS valuation is out of sync with market norms. I would also argue that VRS has yet to hit its stride whereas PRSM is probably 12-18 months further down the line.

It is of course possible to argue the market valuations are wrong but the share price is the ultimate referee.

Both companies have yet to decisively prove their business models work but are currently making all the right moves.

Neill has tweeted a response implying that around 300 is actually the total:

300 in total in nominee and named. Yes we can serve notice on nominee accounts to find holder.

If we take out the big holders and divide the remainder of shares, it seems likely that there are a significant number of large / largish pi holders.

If graphene tested in tyres does show the expected benefits - hard to see why it wouldn’t end up in their brand new “extra tough” port plus range due out soon - if I was them I would not make that launch without graphene - probably worth delaying launch if necessary - the graphene/Nanene tag will be a very nice pr handle & selling point

Nice find by someone here re the vrs pdf re collaboration update - no mention of the continental (?lol) rns of April 2018 - likely no need for a collab there - such is the complexity of modern and speciality tyres that these big outfits have their own extensive R&D depts @ graphene just another ingredient for the mix of the day - This one therefore a little under the radar but could be closer to launch than just about anything else including the ink( still my favourite for the first serious order)

HL nominee acc holds 10.1 million shares
Barc nominee's hold 5m
Redmayne hold 3m - 63 holders ........... so a few 'ooo is easy
