I originally bought purely for a technical 20% bounce on the placing back in Nov.... the more I read, the more it fascinated me. Having over 6 figures in VRS my attitude has changed somewhat....I get it... I get the potential but I want to see some execution of the plan before I relax... the first real revenue domino to fall will be key for me... until then I will flit between locking in profit and sitting back for the ride. At the moment, I err towards sitting back....We shall see.Craigy

Not going into full details of percentages but I have always posted on here when adding and haven't sold one share. One thing is for sure from joining this excellent thread ( many thanks again to superg) I have never been invested in a company with such a high number of fellow investors that are either all in or at least above 50% of their portfolio. Thinking about this makes it even more exciting because if this is the effect of our ever gaining knowledge of what NR and the rest of the team are going to deliver, then when the herd arrive, how many are going to be doing the same, wow!

Don't really want the II's in at the moment lovat, it seems sometimes they will sell the bloody lot on a whim or strategy to make more money out of the company that they are 'invested' in.

I do have a bit of respect for Miton though as they had no wish to sell under 1.20 and in reality that is what scuppered the shorters.

Diversification of applications agreed, but also diversification of products. Nanene, inks, boron nitride, molybdenum have only scratched the surface many more to be developed.
Unique govenment backing, UOM, Cambridge Uni, and many other bodies.
Sleep easy, all down to research.

SG - re news flow, collaborations etc.

With only 148m shares in issue (and 20% probably owned by people who can’t or won’t sell for quite some time) it won’t take much for the share price to move up once the VRS story spreads beyond the open secret it seems to be at the moment.

There are some speculative and early stage funds that could and may be invested here or have it on their watch list but for the heavyweight small and mid cap cash to be deployed from the likes of Blackrock, M&G etc. a few more boxes need to be ticked in terms of corporate development and research coverage to get past the dreaded investment committees.

These committees are good ideas in theory but tend to be quite restrictive in practice as the members always have one eye on career risk as well as market risk.

Having lower risk buyers later on in the day isn’t a bad situation as the deeper pockets will be needed should VRS grow as we all think it will.

100% of my ISA
40% (give or take) of my SB account, all of which are covered to 'zero' * ;0)

* = 50% of current price which is where my guaranteed stops are.

Sleep well - Spike

Since it is VRS the confessional I'll admit to around 80% of my portfolio now containing VRS.Who's to say diversification doesn't have a balanced investment spread?E.g.Batteries and superconductors SportswearTyresAerospace Medical devicesConsumer electronics PackagingEtc.Rien ne vas plus.Is it a surprise to see a number of us breaking our own investment rules? NR and the team have very much been looking at de-risking and that's what I think has given the confidence to do so.

You could say that VRS is one of the investments that most would describe as “if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is”. However, I agree with the majority on here that this investment is so good and so different that it warrants the risk of putting all your eggs in one basket. I have 78% of my portfolio in VRS. Including family members is represents a comfortable 6 figure sum. And, like someone else mentioned, I have no trouble sleeping at night. The possible upside with this share is phenomenal. Having done a lot of research into the possibilities here, I won't be selling a single share any time soon. I also can't believe how exiting a future VRS has and have I really been reading over 26,000 messages since this thread was started? I began accumulating shares at 15p and then got cold feet for a while when the price dropped to 13p – one of those times you wished you did otherwise!

China: from our currently enviable position, shouldn’t we let China stew awhile? They have always in the recent past been contemptuous of our human and animal rights priorities so I’m happy if they are relegated to the fourth division (a football term I believe?) for attention at our convenience.

Only way I could get my Mum's ISA cornholio topped up with VRS, was to guarantee any loss, which is looking a bit remote now.

Several new words today; still relishing YOLO, as well as doxxing.

Ah, Warwick wasn't silly, he was seriously mentally ill, distraught and mourning. Believe it or not though, it was his ranting on about £PHE and SG1's rubbishing it that got me in here first at about £3k from 18p down to 15p, then another £8k when I couldn't believe it actually went down after the 19p placing! And then as it rushed up I was more stressed than I'd been in a while - sold half then BTFD back 1p more expensive... top ups after the first peak (when I thought about selling half and really wish I had done!) at 90p down to 65p as it fell again... couldn't believe it fell so far but SG1 was right - too much gearing and I should have realised Miton's small cap would indeed sell out, funds always stick to the rules unfortunately, and then again as it's gone up, always 'one last top up'... think it's about 70% of mine and my Mum's cornholio now so Neill better look after his health. LTH FTW and the London pies a terry! Or maybe Manchester NQ Grapheme City baby!

A very good opportunity for VRS

The Exclusive Investor Pitch session at the conference will include presentations from pre-vetted qualified graphene companies to a special audience of accredited investors ready to take action in this promising space.
“We’ve assembled an evaluation committee consisting of Angel Investors and Venture Capitalists to select the top 8 companies ripest for commercial achievements,” says Dr. Harvey Ring, Austin based technology investor and leader of the evaluation/selection committee. “We expect many investors from all regions of the country to attend,” adds Dr. Ring.

I understand NR will be there.

So long as they are all paid up shares, not s/b's or CFD's then long term holders/investors will keep the share price balanced.

There will always be a few that sell for various reasons, I know a few have chased other shares and done well on the hype, others have bought into the hype and lost money , if only they had held then it would be a different story... Warwick made a big mistake, he would have been a millionaire by now, silly boy!

I am sure it is unusual to have so many seasoned investors with such a high proportion of their investments in one basket. It breaks the accepted rules so shows how much faith we have in VRS. I am happy to be one of the group.
