Oh dear, William has sold 2.7M shares. I wonder why? Maybe he knows something that the sheeple don't, like it is way overbought maybe. But never mind, superGrease knew all about in advance, so not to worry.

It's all part of the reason to keep track of things.

If a company does well bears with lies appear.

BTW I had Will at level a couple of months back.

However official records were showing no change. Each quarter such records record the full data which was wrong.

Hence efforts, including by me, were made to get the correct info out there.

Until such deatils are sorted holdings on thw website can't be updated.

Will is happy with his holding and thinks VRS are going places.

Personal circs had him under pressure hence he left.

I don't have the stomach to trade this share knowing that earth shattering news could land at any time. Good luck if that's what you do though.Chimp

firstly, I am a long term holder of VRS. If I thought our share price had overshot upwards on news for instance - If I sold anticipating the share price to go lower to buy back in - would I be a shorter or an investor?

I doubt Will is planning to sell to 0 (like what most funds do). Given that TR1 was delayed by nearly a week, I suspect he may well be done now. Lets see! Prepare for rockets once he's finished selling ;)

I am more interested in who has been building a stake.

Well they know the rules and would be lying then (what a surprise).

The holder has to declare sales to the company via a TR1, the company passes that on to the nomad.

Half year showed he had all his shares. I know he had sold some and had been querying it.

Comms in the last week or so sorted it. So I was wondering if an RNS would come.

As I said and keep saying I keep track of a lot more things than I post about (still do)

It shows the bears know very little as they never mentioned it when Will was selling.

In the last few months 10-15 mill have been sold by major holders like Miton and Herald along with Will.

Agree tini just saying! The shortesrs will resort to everything they can. I have huge belief in Neill as a CEO and VRS as a team - I'm staying long and strong!

Shorters are desperate fools PSX, recent dip isn't anything like what they were hoping for. Great expectations for VRS and confidence in the team to match.

If they're firing anything, it's blanks.

Battrick's company buys equipment from Composite Integration Ltd. Do Versarien (or particularly Aac Cyroma?) have any connection with them?

Somebody was asking whether Haydale was functionalising graphene from VRS. It's an old article from three years ago now so no idea if it's still true:

Nomads weren't very proactive at the time lovat, probably left that information in the ether?

lovat

All a company can do is inform the nomad of the issue. I understand the last one said no need re news.

I've been querying it for some time. New nomad abviously sorted it.

It all happened March/April ish when Miton were also selling re the redemptions.

I was asked not to share the exact personal circs from Will so I haven't.

Anyway - WB news ancient history now and another seller absorbed fairly easily. Former directors rarely wait 2 years before selling so probably does need cash for his new business.

The business that Battrick and Allnutt set up seems to be busy and presumably is Battrick's main focus nowadays:

Presumably a Versarien customer?

He could have sold his Versarien shares a year ago when setting up his new business. By hanging onto them an extra year he has made far FAR more. Sounds sensible to me.

Can’t believe anyone would be stupid enough to sell on such news given everything that is going on.
More interested to hear confirmation of who the new funds are that are buying.

I remember reading somewhere that Neill had made a comment about selling too soon and in relation to another company where a co-founder had sold too soon just before things got really interesting.

This is WB's new company:

Presumably he needs to invest in his new business hence reducing his VRS holding. I don't see this as negative.
