01/8/2018 19:04 | Neill knows how much we read into his tweets, he wouldn't write that without something lurking in the background#It'sComin | andymoore07
01/8/2018 19:03 | If it's a reply......what could the question be? | melf
01/8/2018 19:00 | "its coming home"...I wonder..or am I wide of the mark. | jointer13
01/8/2018 18:59 | Can't view the other tweets in that thread, what's he referring to? It's a reply I think | sonsonnyjim
01/8/2018 18:57 | The irony "it's coming home" but the shorters won't have a home to return to unless they have tight stops in place! 🤣 | a_game
01/8/2018 18:45 | Neill about to roast the shorters once and for all? After all, he did mention he was having a great day | a_game
01/8/2018 18:38 | Jak Come on now don't be silly suggesting the bears mentioning VRS deal in facts. We both know that is utter tosh. They work mainly on complete BS in a hope that they can scare the infirm or fringe investors into selling for their own personal gain. They are verminous scum at times guilty of fraud by false representation. Even more so when some invested say they have been able to pay for Uni fees, managed to make enough for a deposit for their first home. Life changing for some. Scumbags trying to destroy such circs with lies and get pleasire from it (aka takers). All is fair in reasonable debate on facts. There are many huge companies that were called over-valued along the way hence many sold out far too early. In this case VRS are at the forefront of a potential industrial revolution hence they carry the current value because many have researched it in depth and consider VRS could do very well. Go read Goldman sachs advanced materials report of Sept 2016 ( if you can get a copy, most can't). Cambridge graphene now 85% owned by VRS gets a mention. The methods employed by some bears range from disgraceful to totally criminal. You choose to be their puppet (as you know) on some shares. It is a choice, I won't support lies and deceit in any form. | superg1
01/8/2018 18:34 | Wouldn't be surprised to see a China left field RNS, been caught out with most other things, can't for the life of me think how or what form it would take as left field is usually something that hasn't been thought of. Anley did allude to something different but no idea what that may be? | luckyorange
01/8/2018 18:34 | It seems to me the logical thing to do. As these machines are not exactly off the shelf, it's no good waiting until they are actually required before placing an order. | high park
01/8/2018 18:27 | CS, 300T - Oops! That's next year! ;-) | woodpeckers
01/8/2018 18:20 | Any source for that, High Park? Or just your opinion? | axotyl
01/8/2018 18:16 | As deals are imminent, Neill has machines on hand for wherever they are required. | high park
01/8/2018 18:07 | Woody 3T not 300T - unless I've missed something? But no, that's my read too; that the 3T is for domestic production. I imagine however China pans out it will be satisfied with dedicated machines on-site (wherever the site(s) are)... | club sandwich
01/8/2018 17:57 | When he likes my tweets / replies it's a sweet dopamine hit | sonsonnyjim
01/8/2018 17:51 | Neill really must stop doing the plus 1's on the posts he likes ;-) | luckyorange
01/8/2018 17:00 | Ewads a crystal ball would be a good thing lol :) very happy with my lot will continue to purchase if goes further south | haz101
01/8/2018 16:59 | hopefully we can do the same jaknife...that will please you wont it.. | jointer13
01/8/2018 16:50 | ... and from p 28 “In general, devices with high specific energy display poor specific power, such as batteries, while those with high specific power display low specific energy, such as supercapacitor. In addition, improvement in any of these areas might come at the expense of battery life, cost, or other factors that can limit the device’s applications. Recent advances in new supercapacitor materials and production methods may soon bridge the energy density gap for some commercial applications (Source: Berkeley Energy and Resources Collaborative). The ability to increase the energy a supercapacitor is able to store can be improved by either increasing the surface area of the metallic plates and/or by using a better electrolyte material. In terms of the plates, the capacitance of a supercapacitor increases as the surface area of the plates increases and as the distance between the plates decreases (because it improves the effectiveness of the double layer).” Graphene contributes somewhat to the crucial surface area factor methinks. | hoverflyman
01/8/2018 16:43 | CS, I don't think the 300T has anything to do with the China deals. I get the impression that these machines are to be in the UK to supply Nanene locally. China will have factories full of machines out there for their needs. | woodpeckers
01/8/2018 16:43 | Regarding the ZapGo Crystal research document and carbon-ion cells there is a lot of information at the bottom of this long document which includes the following, suggesting that the cells will serve for both super capacitors and storage I think: “ C-Ion® Cell Capabilities By using more highly porous nano-carbons instead of activated carbon, and higher voltage ionic electrolytes instead of organic electrolytes, Zap&Go has been able to construct C-Ion® cells capable of delivering 30% to 80% of the energy density of Li-ion batteries. As seen in Figure 26 (page 34), despite the increase of capacitance, C-Ion® cells were still able to deliver the fast charge and discharge normally associated with supercapacitors. In addition, the non-flammable ionic-based electrolyte gives C-Ion® cells an improved safety profile versus Li-ion batteries, and make it safer and easier to recycle at the end of their life cycle. As a result of Zap&Go’s use of its patented nano-technology for its base carbon as well as a proprietary electrolyte, the Company’s C-Ion® cell operates today at higher voltage (3.4V versus 2.7V) than existing competitors with a target of 6V. Once the 6V target is achieved, the Company’s product is projected to be the size and approximate power density of existing Li-ion batteries, which would expand its applications to markets such as mobile phones and personal electronics.“ hxxps://www.zapgo.co | hoverflyman
01/8/2018 16:40 | Turbo - very interesting reading, thank you. So at least a decade of strong graphene growth in China alone... | club sandwich
01/8/2018 16:36 | Some light reading for you club, while you're out there sunning yourself: China needs 5-10 more years to achieve graphene industrialization "The China Innovation Alliance of the Graphene Industry forecasts that the graphene market will achieve great expansion in 2017 and could surpass 10 billion RMB." | turbocharge |
