As I keep saying on here I keep an eye on things and posted recently about other sells pre May/June.

June was mainly Miton as demonstrated in a post.

April to June I think chillpill, looks like VRS are sorting who owns what and will updated holdings accordingly, be interesting to see where Miton and Herald are but because they are under the 3% we won't know. Looks like Will intends to stay above 3%.

Before the conspiracy theories start the threshold crossed date is unknown.

Will sold some earlier this year. I am in contact with Will and have been for months It was known he had sold some and queries raised about a TR1 which has now been sorted.

I know why he sold some and hints were dropped at the time. Notification relies on the holder doing that. As said query raised and now sorted.

It's old news. That was earlier this year.

WB had to declare when he went through 5% and 4% and will have to at 3%. WB may not necessarily be finished and obviously doesn’t have to comment. Given the trading volumes i suspect WB has been too slow to declare - happens all the time.

From the share register it looks like he started selling in the 60's and then all the way up.

Battrick hasn't been a director at Versarien since more than two years ago (March 2016).

Director at Carbon ThreeSixty Ltd (founded 2017) along with Edward Chace Allnutt:

2.7m shares sold.. so we now know where the supply has come from.. I wonder if he has now finished given he has told the company now..He could have got it just under 3% and then wouldn't have had to make another disclosure... strange... that suggests he wants to continue to have a notifiable interest.

He has a business and young family I believe rtj, his business what he does with the money really but wouldn't sell if he didn't need it I would think.

I do wish he had put out some kind of explanation, like 'I've got a massive tax bill or a new house and am hanging on to the rest of them'. And why didn't he sell higher (the question I'm always asking myself)?

I think the Will Battrick is 'old news' , he was selling earlier in the year and looks like they have had to update holdings being eoy and all that.

Nothing to be concerned about it is over and done with, I was told about it a couple of months back so I am sure that others are fully aware too.

If he had held on he would have made more money but probably felt that after April tax doesn't need to be paid for a while, good luck to him, his shares have given him a handsome return.

It might if he was the major seller and has stopped. Why else would he issue an RNS? He only has to sell a few more to go under 3%.
