30/7/2018 09:59 | jkok - testing of VRS nanene is happening over August, so we hope approval will follow shortly afterwards. | club sandwich
30/7/2018 09:57 | Spike. Your 23880. I think that you mean the Graphene Council Verified Producer Program? They are not the same as the NGA. BTW Have you heard that it is happening in August? I have not been able to find out more. | jkok1
30/7/2018 09:57 | "creating global demand as well as British jobs and prosperity" for the skilled (and shareholders!). but (at the risk of straying into politics) the problem is the same as it always was - what do you do about the unskilled, uneducated knuckle-draggers who don't know anything and don't *want* to know anything - the EDL and BF brigade? | club sandwich
30/7/2018 09:56 | True Spike, simply if nothing happens obviously the share price will drop, however Yes if we get FURTHER evidence of VRS being the real deal then it's over for them! | sonsonnyjim
30/7/2018 09:52 | Jaknife - Who is Lucien Myers to say it's got ahead of itself? Only in his opinion based on previous experience of other aim companies is that the case. Others who are prepared to pay the current price obviously disagree. As long as people are prepared to pay current prices based on where we are now it's worth it surely? If Neill doesn't deliver it will fall if he does it will rocket | tim3416
30/7/2018 09:50 | I know they say that there are no guarantees in the investment world but this has to be as close as they get. Maybe Lucien Miers should listen to what Graham Stuart MP, Minister for Investment is saying about VRS and think again or he could "risk missing out on the associated economic boom." "As an international economic department, the Department for International Trade is PROMOTING THE VERY BEST of British expertise in advanced manufacturing. By making an unprecedented commitment to R&D, WE WILL GUARANTEE that British companies are at the forefront of manufacturing and design for years to come, creating global demand as well as British jobs and prosperity." | woodpeckers
30/7/2018 09:38 | sonny - why should they profit?: Firstly: they are already at a loss probably considerable. Secondly: we anticipate VRS being approved by the U.S. NGA accreditation process in August signifying VRS are the real deal. | spike_1
30/7/2018 09:32 | If no business is done over the next few months then shorters will probably profit, in the long term they're completely screwed of course | sonsonnyjim
30/7/2018 09:32 | he's been saying that since 60p ish. needing mugs to help him out. | jointer13
30/7/2018 09:01 | talking about tyres posted in January jointer13 - 24 Jan 2018 - 09:02:10 - 20426 of 23277 Versarien Developing advanced materials and enabling engineering exploitation - VRS interesting one re tyres "The conductive graphene tire can make use of the conductivity of the graphene itself to keep the tire surface all the time, and continuously and reliably derive static electricity from the vehicle body to ensure driving safety. In addition, the strength of graphene, toughness characteristics applied to the tire can also greatly extend the service life of the tire. According to the company's test data, the use of graphene-guided electrostatic tires, wet braking distance can be shortened 1.82 meters. In addition, the tire mileage will increase 40%, rolling resistance decreased by 16.2%, saving 3.2%. In other words, with this one tire, a car's fuel consumption is 100 liters 10 liters, 50,000 kilometers fuel-efficient 268.8 liters, saving nearly 1,700 yuan of oil money." | jointer13
30/7/2018 08:51 | they will run out. | jointer13
30/7/2018 08:51 | Johnveals - I'm guessing it would be money. It usually is... | club sandwich
30/7/2018 08:50 | Chill Fest. Sooner or later the seller will run out, and sooner or later China will arrive and/or a large order will drop. Things will look very different then... | club sandwich
30/7/2018 08:50 | The question is not what the MMs do but why they do it. Anybody got any answers? | johnveals
30/7/2018 08:48 | All buys getting progressively cheaper.... background dumping yet again. | festario
30/7/2018 08:40 | Fest, that's why l wonder if they are messing, hate it when they mess with the price and give a false impression spooking some investors, cheers | wuzy
30/7/2018 08:35 | That was on the Friday after the results Spike, a false rise to show a false drop on the Monday. | festario
30/7/2018 08:31 | Thanks anyway Mike,cheers | wuzy
30/7/2018 08:30 | WUZY, I'm no expert, but on the day of the results they manipulated the price down at market close the night before so that we appeared to open 7.5p (or there about) down. Would seem they did similar Friday, although in this case not so blatant (assuming in this case it was intentional). BTW there are far more knowledgeable pep's on here than me when it comes to MM's antic's. | spike_1
30/7/2018 08:28 | "forward-thinking companies like those seen in Silicon Valley, with a similarly stimulating effect on the economy." I have feeling positive things are upon us. look forward. | jointer13
30/7/2018 08:17 | I think all on here are fully loaded and waiting for the big rns whether iso, chinese or contract news | joeblogg2
30/7/2018 08:16 | Yes, absolutely, j13. I read the article, all the while looking out for VRS, and feeling it was such an important part of the story, but not mentioned. I suppose that HMG have given VRS as much support as they can and are afraid of being accused of favouritism or some sort of commercial unfairness if they mention the company when they can avoid doing so. I guess commercial proof in the form of big orders must be awaited by all. I do particularly appreciate your input to this board. Best, M. | mikkydhu
30/7/2018 08:16 | Spike you have a good knowledge of the MM,s antics do you think that they are playing games with the share price, cheers | wuzy |
