Tullow Oil Takeover Rumours (TLW)

This is the only share I have and it’s turning out to be so boring! A takeover would sort it out so fingers crossed!

In the absence of an exploration programme…a restructuring/replacement of the 2026 bonds (which effectively block a takeover because they would have to be paid back in full as part of any transaction) will be the touch-paper event to change the price. That might be a little as weeks or months away.Maybe the conference call will give us some clue ? Kenya is anyone’s guess. I am sure the politicians in Turkana would be furious if there is no progress.
