Topps Tiles Takeover Rumours (TPT)

Part of the question is why they failed. And can Topps do it better? As yet they don't list the locations, so hard to know if they are synergistic or overlapping. They say they are keeping the brand name , which is not what B&M have done with their takeover of some Wilko stores. The sp has moved slightly upwards which is promising , FWIW.
