I looked into your problem more and needless to say I did mention it is a dynamic ongoing consideration. Here's there last communication about selection -

"The selection of Strategic Projects is an ongoing process under the CRMA, and the Commission has confirmed it will announce a new call for applications by summer 2025.17 Further selections may increase the number of projects covering defense needs (a secondary objective of the CRMA "

You didn't get selected and by not hearing back you understand you were rejected as they don't inform of that only those who made it.

There is no overseas list, please show me when they ever produced one?

New applications start soon in Summer of this year, you may reapply but they have what they want from this run and those overseas that may have been selected will buy now because in talks with the EU rather than some list of which you seem to be waiting for.

They did this as a pump, simple cheap PR, something to hook you in swing the share price generating investors interest and subsequently larger less dilutive raises.

Same trick at Alba, same people running the show, pretty much unless you can trade the highs and lows you lost almost everything as this was always heading in one direction only....

Overseas list lolol, might want to check into that and follow other companies not take this crooks word as golden.

Coincidentally if you follow Groc you might understand better after you look into Alba which Groc spun off from, some lies were certainly told there, these less golden unfortunately and to investors losses.

The CEO remains exceptionally confident that they will secure the much sort after EU SPS which would deliver a very large uplift in the share price.

Greenroc website question to Stefan and reply from him:

Question:

First of all I would like to thank you Stefan for your hard work. In regards to a decision being made about becoming an EU strategic project you said in your own words that a decision would be immediately before or immediately after Easter. We are considerably a lot further along than 'immediately after Easter' now and has the EU recently contacted you about any revised timing for this decision? Thank you

Reply:

You are quite right - I was quoting the reply I got when asked a senior official at DG GROW - the EU body responsible for the Strategic Project process. It is very frustrating for all that the EU keeps delaying the announcements, particularly as all the decisions have been made, from what I understand. We just have to mount our patience - AND GOOD THINGS ARE WORTH WAITING FOR, as they say, SO I TAKE THIS EXTENDED WAITING TIME A SIGN THAT THE NEWS WILL INDEED BE GOOD FOR GREENROC.

I'm attending the Raw Materials Summit next week and will meet there with various EU officials it would make a lot of sense if the projects were announced before or latest at the Summit. best regards and thanks for your support and interest in GreenRoc.

Congratulations to Groc your now independent of Alba since they now have too little for a controlling stake and as announced in their last financial report if they go under it has no effect on Groc.

Great play by GF as obviously Alba will go under soon..

Todays price action is why you never take notice of bashers, especially the idiot who is working this and the ALBA board 24/7, they are here to deter and destroy sentiment.

Speculation is Greenroc may have secured EU Strategic Project Status if so the share price will surge far far higher, current m/cap is just £5m.

There are many other price driving catalysts also.

Buyers were happy to pay 1.8p last week plus the volume was very high, one wonders if there has been a leak internally, we know the company is talking with US banks and has a MoU with US based Morrow Batteries.

I am in no doubt this is an exciting time for GROC, that will be reflected in the share price in due course, possibly sooner than later.

Exceptional opportunity to get in here given the news that is due, the shares hit 1.7p last week on very strong volume, were trading at 2.2p in January.

Nothing has changed, that EU Special Project Status announcement could come anytime, the CEO seems confident they will get it, if so the share price will appreciate strongly.

As to China restrictions I thought they said they weren't trying to blackmail the world just inspire it to find more of its own resources and not being so reliant on them.

Now in news stories we see all the success stories of countries who became less reliant and even Africa stepping up to start producing almost %50 of the worlds graphite needs very soon.

Your understanding of shares and the market is so very drill, Groc was always a long long long shot, when car companies went looking they found an infinite supply of assets with better prospects, infrastructure and size/grade elsewhere.

Grade really means nothing, some small caps band it round but all mines produce grades from high to low as well as being able to refine lower into more higher grades. This means a bigger deposit at lower grade than yours still supplies more high grade tonnage than you ever could. Look at some of the high grade products coming out of low grade deposits......

The market is also super saturated, there's no lack of it prices and production actually cut due to not enough demand. What happened was many new mines came on line as well as present ones upgrading capacity. Not once has someone said they can't get hold of a few thousand tons ever in recent years.

The EV industry also stalled making all predictions of a shortage very wrong even laughable reading them now in almost the year 2025.....

Some boards just want to be blinkered because they mainly consist of people holding a loss. The best Groc can hope for is to be bought for a few million. Ideally that would help the share price although not enough and allow the management to go and repeat the cycle on another asset. Isn't that what the CEO here and at Alba its main holder and IPO issuer have a record of.....

I don't believe in many companies but I see profits to be made from their losses and occasional short lived gains. You seem to want to back them personally, I just care about making some money and transparent ethics, you seem to want actual graphite ignorant to all the money you could have made with a simple traders view not personal one.

Goes without saying here, a few companies provide no real results but a great PR story and tasty wages bills for years. The initial hype soon wears off on that long slog doesn't it.... as you well know!

I would concentrate your investment minds on a longer term target price based on the proposed Anode Plant for which GROC has advised us:."Total gross revenue of USD6.5Bn over the 22-year period, with total gross profit totalling USD2.7Bn.".USD2.7bn / 22 years is USD122,727,272 per annum gross profit..If we said the net profit was say half that, USD60m, at a P/E of 10 it would make GROC worth USD600m or GBP470m at today's exchange rate..If GROC can get project funding without dilution, as it is trying to do, that would give us a share price of 470m / 194.88m = GBP2.41, over 100x the current ASK price..People often wish they could get in at the bottom of a stock that goes up exponentially. Well, here's one that has a good chance of doing so over the next year or two.

GM and others sought to develop American graphite, they have and GM is partnered with Neaveu Mondeo plus helping finance the biggest graphite project in Lac Gurete.

The fact they hold conferences and it's not hard to get an invite is meaningless no other company reports these things as actual news or interest. Groc been to has been to many of the type of meetings before nothing ever comes of it.

If you follow the actual graphite market everyone has enough and has invested in the future without Greenland getting even a sniff ever.

But go crazy we've been here before, normally this type of news proceeds a raise then the obligatory share price drop of dillution.

Groc is just some thing they fill the numbers with, looking at their RNS's a common feature now. America has lots of graphite as does it's South, not sure what your missing it's mission is not Greenland but at home as evident in all the American graphite investments recently, in fact GM and Panasonic will share a resource there's so much over in Canada.

Had you put your money in a few Canadian firms you would already be well in profit.

Isn't Groc becoming the great pretender....

A recent post on X stated that 3 other AIM companies that presented online had stellar share price reactions, I would imagine GROC will be the same, the presentation on Monday is on the LSE website which attracts heavy traffic.

Still 3 more sessions for news to be released before the event, I think the share price will speak for itself in due course but the presentation event may be a catalyst.

Buyers were coming in yesterday.
