I'm not privy to his exact movements but I believe he changed his plans and stayed out there longer. For what purpose I'm unsure but could be the reason a full update has not materialised yet. Once he's home, debriefs the board then maybe tell us lot what's been going on!!

GF have a 10 year lease agreement (can be extended whilst oil is being produced) over 320 acres so I believe you have misunderstood this. This is not dependent upon us buying the remainder of the land imo. We'd have to pay TSH2 12% royalty from production. (Of which we own 10%) I think most have missed the relevance of this.

Stewy that did confuse me .. still not certain what it means. My understanding is that if we don't pay the balance of the lease by the end of the year then we lose the lot.

Duckers, I think it's important to focus on a point FN made yesterday about the 320acre lease. In essence, tom don't need to buy the land or raise the large finance to grow and be a good Investement from under £10m m/cap. They need to succeed (yes I know the history) in one of the 3 'other' projects that materialised from the TS2 site. That's for starters, the rest hopefully follows.

Hi Stewy .. I don't mind Fenners who clearly doesn't have any positive comments for any of the AIM listed companies I watch. But I think his comments are valid although biased and one eyed.

Clearly in my opinion TOMco have a good business model and have a fair chance of raising the funds they require. Of course I realise this may not happen or we might get a scaled back version of the funding. That's a fair balanced view to my mind.

Sage is just a nut job. IMHO of course.
