18/5/2022 13:23 | DF SURELY the answer to your point is more than obvious. There is no third party funding accessible to TOM. So what should TOM do rather than further waste investors’ time and money. What would you do - face reality and admit defeat? | ![]() lopodop
18/5/2022 13:20 | Just read the moneysavingexpert e-mail..... "'Thanks. I paid off a brutal 13.9% loan with a 3.7% one and saved £1,500.' Success of the week. Tom emailed: "Just wanted to say thanks. I read about how to cut existing loan costs in your newsletter, used your tools and managed to get a loan to pay off a brutal 13.9% one and replace it with a much nicer 3.7% one. It's saved us over £1,500 altogether." If you've saved via MSE like this, or any other way, please send us your MoneySaving successes" Perhaps someone should pass this on to TOM's directors... If 13.9% was "brutal" then how should 28% be described...... ? | ![]() fenners66
18/5/2022 11:27 | What I can't understand is why TOMco don't borrow a smaller amount to pay the Valkor loan and buy the land and do the 5k bopd plant funding in a year or two's time when TOMco have a good trading record. Doesn't just being the Vivakor landlord on its own make financial sense? Maybe the fact that this hasn't been done means that we are really close. | ![]() ducky fuzz
18/5/2022 09:30 | So it is $95 a barrel without faffing around to convert to fuel | ![]() vauch
18/5/2022 09:20 | Is it around 18 barrels of oil per ton equal to $36.81 a barrel is this correct. Found the correct one n the U.S., there are 7.33 barrels in a metric ton | ![]() vauch

18/5/2022 09:03 | Valkor loan was never going to be repaid on time, that is why they kindly declared the terms for the continuation at 28% , at the time.... Its just a monthly revenue stream for Valkor - the opposite of Valkor staying in the Joint Venture.... smart cookies at Valkor. | ![]() fenners66
18/5/2022 08:24 | Thanks Talais. Very interesting. | ![]() goulding1215
18/5/2022 07:43 | Good to see that you look in on a more balanced thread Ducky. As predicted on this thread the management claims at the start of the year of a few weeks to financing were delusional. Repayment of the Valkor loan is due in May. | ![]() the diddymen

17/5/2022 17:01 | The 0.43p buyers won't sell because it was me. However, I agree we need news to take this higher from here | ![]() thrgef
17/5/2022 15:43 | Hi Tal .. I think we moved from c0.43p to todays 0.5p because of traders. I don't see us going much higher unless there is news. So 0.43p = cheap. 0.5p = fair and 0.55p expensive. I don't see us going to 0.6p on momentum alone. As the 0.43p buyers will sell. | ![]() ducky fuzz
17/5/2022 15:31 | Online 0.4925p sell and 0.51p buy for 1 Mill. Price 0.48p and 0.53p | ![]() ducky fuzz

17/5/2022 15:05 | Well, would you believe it! Not only is the share price going up but WTI is out performing Brent Crude, not a lot but still more expensive right now 114.8$ v114.6$ keep them both moving in that direction. | ![]() goulding1215

16/5/2022 14:50 | I don't think the current Sp makes any difference. Our fortunes will be made by positive funding news. Until then traders will take us up or down. | ![]() ducky fuzz
