With inflation perhaps reaching 10% soon, wages rising 5.5% in the last year , the fantasy borrowings , already admitted to be $175m in the TOM presentation , months ago , is going to be nearing $200m already.

With US interest rates set to rise for some time and no collateral to offer, no track record, £m's of losses on the balance sheet , and no commercial proof of the process , is there really any wonder that there has been no news on financing?

The great news is , every month that goes by financing gets ....
or maybe not Interest rates are going up month on month....

How long before Valkor come back asking for higher than 28% ...
after all there's inflation and higher interest rates.At this rate the debt
will be at lower interest rates than total junk !

JP is being paid around £2,000 per week for being in Utah and all his costs covered.

I dont think he will see that as a waste of time.

I suppose there is some sort of middle ground where TOMco don't get the funding and become a sort of middle man / facilitator. Turning a smaller profit each year.

I think the delay in news is because TOMco are waiting for the funding confirmation before saying anything. Without it TOMco can't drill the production wells. So what would be the point in giving us details of what the exploration wells have told them.

I can't believe that TOMco don't have all the info they want on the wells. DF

Even those with an ear to the BOD must be wondering what the hell is going on.
As we are told it is at a delicate stage, but that was well before Easter then it was news at Easter and yet again we are let down.
JP just get on with telling us what is really happening. and cut the cloak and dagger status.
We are shareholders, we are impressed with how this is working out but it is just plane rude to not keep us all informed of progression.

Ducky start painting ya sitting room, over time it will add to the insulation as the wall will be thicker after each coat, by the time Tom get on with it my room will be so small inside I may not be able to get into it anymore.

FFS its been 9 months to resolve filing issues they probably had over 12months to get right in the first place and they have still only got as far as ....

"A draft proposal is now in place, but not yet approved by the parties."

You could conceive and birth a baby in less time !
