22/5/2022 23:10 | The gamblers are having a great discussion and supposedly quoting stuff. Then when they quote it they don't see what's written they see only what they want to see.... So if this was a quote... "Vivakor will cover the cost of mining the oil sands and will pay TSHII US$3 per ton of oil sands processed" Then they are told - ignore the ownership of TSHII because owning it does not affect who gets the cash from sales of its assets.....!!! It seems pretty obvious from the quote that as a 10% holder of TSHII they would be in line for only 10% of any income... but even that hinges on .... of oil sands processed.. What does processed actually mean ? Yet they have said before expect $3 a tonne ... in that case why bother spending the additional what is it $16m on TSHII ? When will they wake up and smell the coffee ? Lets suspend disbelief and assume someday Vivakor do operate at 2000 tones per day (as if !) That could earn TOM $18,600 a whole 31 day month - but what about winter , downtime , maintenance and breakdowns etc Meanwhile TOM OWE $35,000 a month interest for buying the 10% of TSHII .... genius..... | ![]() fenners66

21/5/2022 12:48 | Hi AJ .. I've listened to zak before and think it is all rollox. There is no way TOMco will go to 0.8p unless we have some positive news. Is news likely in the next 1-2 months? Yes of course it is and it is that news, if it is positive, that will get our share price over 0.8p. | ![]() ducky fuzz
21/5/2022 12:20 | Wrong link mate, its this one.... He is saying, if we break the resistance at 0.55p then it could go on to 0.8 or 0.85 over the next 1-2 months, obviously not taking into account any positive news released. | ![]() damac

20/5/2022 22:32 | AJJ2003 You have interpreted correctly. There will be no cost to Greenfield for the mining of the oil sands. | ![]() damac
20/5/2022 19:56 | Hi damac, Reading the above, think I missed this before but are there then effectively three streams of revenue, the $3 per ton of oil sands, the 50% of the net revenues from the sand together with 'the costs of mining the oil sands' being covered by Vivakor. Not technically a revenue stream but if Greenfield have to provide the oil sands then having the mining costs recouped by Vivakor has to be another plus ;) Then again I may have interpreted it wrong. | ![]() ajj2003
20/5/2022 15:54 | Ducky, your post #26769 . Greenfield will provide Vivakor with a maximum of 2,000 tons of oil sands per day at a set minimum saturation quality. . Vivakor will cover the cost of mining the oil sands and will pay TSHII US$3 per ton of oil sands processed by way of a rental payment for the Lease. . In return for Greenfield supplying of certain operating and engineering services in respect of the enhancement of Vivakor's plant, Greenfield would be entitled to receive 50% of net revenues received by Vivakor for any post-processed sand material from the plant sold through offtake agreements procured by Greenfield. | ![]() damac

20/5/2022 15:32 | People should not get confused by the 90/10% thing, that only applies to the purchase of the Tar Sands Holding LLC entity. It does not mean a 90/10% split on any income generated. | ![]() damac
20/5/2022 15:28 | Ducky, The terms of the Vivakor lease agreement from Greenfield are.... "Under the Lease, TSHII shall supply Vivakor with such quantity of oil sands as Vivakor determines each month, at a set minimum saturation quality, with a maximum supply of 2,000 tons per day. Vivakor will cover the cost of mining the oil sands and will pay TSHII US$3 per ton of oil sands processed by way of a rental payment for the Lease. Vivakor has paid a US$30,000 advance against future rental payments on signing of the Lease. MoU between Greenfield and Vivakor The MoU covers a proposed professional services agreement between Vivakor and Greenfield for the potential supply of certain operating and engineering services, including sand treatment and oil upscaling to Vivakor, such services to be provided by Valkor LLC through Greenfield. In exchange for its services in respect of the enhancement of Vivakor's plant, Greenfield would be entitled to receive 50% of net revenues received by Vivakor for any post-processed sand material from the plant sold through offtake agreements procured by Greenfield." | ![]() damac
