Vauch you are unlikely to get much from
PQE.
Should TOM fail, there are legal firms that take actions against directors and auditors on a success fee basis and this may be your best bet as you seem To have a lot at risk.
Directors will normally have insurances in place as will auditors so you and other shareholders Including myself could avail themselves of legal services to recover losses, Of course the liability has to be proven but looking at evidence on this platform there are definitely areas where both the directors and auditors may be at fault and therefore at risk.
At the end of the day a good legal firm would achieve a settlement out of court. If as many seem to believe, there have been serious failings this will be the time for reckoning and recovery of losses. Let’s see what happens this month but indications are for more bad news / no news.
Like his predecessors ZP is unlikely to hang around too long so as not to minimise damage to his reputation. But he could be a useful witness in any claim.
All conjecture at this stage but worth being prepared as shareholders have been treated with contempt for too long and this may be your chance to seek reckoning.

Well I would have expected to see Tom share price around 1p already, as for PQE i will take all the cash out and use on my trip next year now, so I wont be putting any more cash in this as I already have £225k in it.
Planing my 6 months off work with business class flights all the way.

Hi DF - from previous news the exploration / production wells programme was not due to start until the summer as permits were not expected until June.

Also Tomco have netted $150k this year so far from the three agreements.

Share price goes down and people moan. I get it. We had an RNS only 6 weeks ago
it's not like it's months.

I think the delay in news on the exploration wells / production wells is down to funding. No funding and we can't progress. Simples.

If we had an EGM tomorrow they'd say we are in the process of talking to a potential funder and we will let you know when we know.

Vauch, I have been thinking the same. An EGM might be the only way to shock them into action. Would be interested if large shareholders agreee, or if they are content with inaction.

One of the many problems here is Groat - look at his other directorships including H&W. It beggars belief that other companies want him when he is responsible for this farcical operation.
Does he really have the skills he boasts to possess? The evidence HERE suggests he is not fit to be chairman.
