27/4/2022 13:07 | Pooler1 - Valkor have too much at stake to let Tomco get bought out for peanuts, hence their 29% stake when the funding is completed. Do not forget that as well as their stake in Tomco, Valkor will no doubt pick up all the infrastructure, building and servicing contracts for starters meaning that Tomco will be a huge cash cow for Valkor year upon year as the oil shale industry expands. | ![]() ajj2003

27/4/2022 12:25 | Didn't think Valkor held any Tomco shares yet? If a bid say for 4p came a knocking before funding then I can't see anyone on the board or Valkor with enough shares to say no. I'd sell mine to the interested party. Will have to look up biggest share holders when I get back home unless someone would like to state them. | ![]() pooler1
27/4/2022 09:53 | I see the share price is falling again. Perhaps its time for TOM to announce another "project". Perhaps they are about to reveal the "green " reason why the want to buy TSHII - Asphalt Ridge , is a ridge right? So they could come up with a Wind Farm .... It would only take $m's in investment..... and years to get permission and years to get up and running... could drag that one out for a long time..... | ![]() fenners66
27/4/2022 08:40 | Valkor would not let them do that for sure, that is why the insurance policy is in place once the funding goes through ;) | ![]() ajj2003

27/4/2022 07:21 | If the USA are concerned about their energy tec then put ya money where you objections are and invest in the tec. Makes me laugh governments we don't want it sold but we don't want to get the tec up and running | ![]() vauch

26/4/2022 15:33 | I think the delay in the exploration well results is down to lack of funding confirmation. No money = no production wells. TOMco have got to get the funding terms right now. It may be that they have no acceptable offers yet. BWTFDIK. | ![]() ducky fuzz
26/4/2022 15:04 | Been there, done that! Unfortunately the resolution of freely available imagery is not good enough to identify too much. For example, knowing where the Greenfield drill sites were going to be, I could just spot them (bearing in mind there were no large drill pads prepared). However I cannot spot the Valkor drill positions, and couldn't identify any changes to the tract A site. | ![]() rugrat2
26/4/2022 14:27 | A bit of satellite imagery of the area would be worth a look, especially for Vivakor progress. | ![]() ajj2003
26/4/2022 14:16 | Or is the delay due to Coved, Ukraine war Ground frozen, or was funding coming from Russian bank. Was the third drill ok or not Was funding ok or not Has anything apart from 3 drill happened on site. Have the oil refinery project started. The list is endless as to many fingers now in to many pies. Should I just get on a plane and have a look myself. | ![]() vauch
