22/7/2024 15:55 | Interesting assessment by an Investors Chronicle writer last week: | ![]() danvandan
22/7/2024 15:42 | Rightmove report record house prices ( asking prices lol ) so I think we are mostly all expecting results to exceed expectations, with celebrations | ![]() kreature
22/7/2024 14:46 | Becks also interesting to note from my friends that there is a good market for 4/5 bedroom houses at the moment, I think its fair to say that as TW indicated production has been cut & therefore it is not rocket science to expect profits & dividend(if we get one at all) will be less, all as expected. whatever the Tu the markets will either like it or not but I don't think we will see much of a fall next Wednesday but if we do it will be very short lived IMEO. | ![]() jugears
22/7/2024 14:30 | K, TW. muted a few years ago production would be cut by 33% for 2023 and 2024. Interesting that new build prices have been the most resilient. Talyor Wimpey are the most compelling investment in the HB sector. Do you now agree with me that Taylor Wimpey’s results will not be amazing? How's your short at £1.095 doing? | ![]() beckers2008
22/7/2024 13:38 | Alarm Bells for Build To Rent as building starts show huge slump Oh, ‘starts’ down | ![]() kreature
22/7/2024 13:31 | Completion rate down 40%, which could be worse in all fairness. Give it time? | ![]() kreature
22/7/2024 13:24 | Guys, please stop worrying, I sure the trading update will be fine. Might even exceed expectations due to the 32% drop in UK sales agreed since pre pandemic levels (as reported my Landmark) ? | ![]() kreature
22/7/2024 11:35 | Sikh, I am just giving you my opinion, I wouldn't expect anyone to invest when I have given an opinion, always always do your own research! apart from selling half of my 200k shares that I purchased in Tw at 98p I have never sold any & until recently re invested all dividends, I don't need to sell any shares because I don't need the money,I have said before I will probably never sell Tw, it provides a good income & the shares have cost me nothing, whilst the markets may not be as good as they could be at the moment long term the fundamentals couldn't look better IMEO, huge valuable fully owned land bank, If for any bizarre reason these fell below a pound again then I would without any hesitation be buying a lot more than 500k, realistically though I think we will see £1.80 long before £1! Oh & I don't post under different ID's If that is what you are indicating, I see value here(currently exceptional value) & you don't simple as, I know people in the industry & you don't, Simple as! | ![]() jugears
22/7/2024 10:28 | K, or should I say Cretin, You never try and argue against me, seems I was correct... The working class have never been able to purchase a property, except Maggie's great give away, please read my post history and learn. You really should try and not get so emotional (Gfy), lol! You stated... ""Kreature - 10 Nov 2023 - 08:25:58 - 4893 of 4916 Well I'm shorting the lot PSN, BWY, RDW"" END. Oh dear, it seems you are in the troll losers club along with the other village idiots, including Sikhthetech whose been wrong for 6 years, lol, just lol! | ![]() beckers2008
22/7/2024 10:10 | Jugears, A vague generic post to fool readers then as it can't be verified!!. Cop out, as you clearly don't know as you're unable to provide any evidence to back it up. Just like the 'buy and hold forever, as there's no finite time, so can never be verified. If things go wrong, you'll just change ids and nobody will know. | ![]() sikhthetech
22/7/2024 07:49 | Sickly read my post it very clearly says fron contacts I speak to I am expecting Tw's Tu to be exactly as indicated, where the hell have I said that they have told me what is in the TU???,your twisting posts again!!!! | ![]() jugears
21/7/2024 20:36 | Gbh, You mean PIC, the company which was taken over at my target price??? lol You still bitter, clueless then???. | ![]() sikhthetech
21/7/2024 20:31 | Jugears, You completely diverted away from the question re TU You stated contacts have told you what's in the TW's TU. How about seeing if you're telling the truth, answer the questions about the TU then? You won't answer because you're making it up, again. sikhthetech21 Jul '24 - 13:23 - 18471 of 18474 Edit Jugears "from contacts I still speak to I expect TW's Tu to be exactly as indicated & expected." As you know, it should be easy to state what's happening then: How many cancellations? How much cash? Divi? What's the outlook? | ![]() sikhthetech

21/7/2024 15:18 | Perhaps for your simple brain I should have said not everyone needs to buy an affordable- meaning a cheap house/ Starter home/small house,Surprisingly some people can afford bigger more expensive homes, HB's need to cater for these as well, You can buy whenever you like sickly, don't look to other people to lead you,If you are invested in a sector then I assume you have done your homework, I never invest for dividends & never expect a dividend unless it is officially announced,if I get one that is a bonus, what I will say is the need for new houses whether currently affordable or not is getting larger buy the day, Tw have a huge land bank that will bring exponential guaranteed future profits, land is not getting cheaper, I don't see TW falling to much from here, perhaps you are correct & it is time to invest that £500k especially as my 5% bonds finish at the end of August, Nice to know that you value my investment timing so much but always do your own research,Long term investing works for me & yes trading may have made me a bit more money but very unlikely as more than likely I would have missed the right opportunities, like many of the bitter posters on here, as it stands I have a large investment here that hasn't cost me a single penny to buy & now creates a very nice dividend each year that I could more than comfortably live on without any other income. Just out of interest sick what do you think the long term outlook is???? | ![]() jugears

As you know, it should be easy to state what's happening then: How many cancellations? How much cash? Divi? What's the outlook? "whilst there seems a big enfacis with some builders to move to affordable houses not everyone wants to buy an affordable house!" Really, so potential homebuyers want to buy a new build, which is beyond their means??? "IMEO there is more upside than down side here" So, you're loading up at 155p with that 500k you've keep saying is ready to invest? | ![]() sikhthetech
21/7/2024 11:13 | gbh2, like you I have filtered a lot of them as none would ever influence my investing decisions, your either in or out, I am happy to be invested here for the long term, I've collected every dividend & reinvested most, the shares owe me nothing, from contacts I still speak to I expect TW's Tu to be exactly as indicated & expected. Whatever happens the UK needs houses & whilst there seems a big enfacis with some builders to move to affordable houses not everyone wants to buy an affordable house! IMEO there is more upside than down side here. | ![]() jugears

20/7/2024 15:05 | K, So you agree with me, TW. results will not be amazing. Tell me... Will the BOE Base Rate hit 6%? Absolutely no chance! Over 30% of house purchasers are Cash. Do you think house prices are going to crash 40% peak to trough as the village idiot Sikhthetech believes? Lol, just lol! | ![]() beckers2008
