Jugears,

A vague generic post to fool readers then as it can't be verified!!. Cop out, as you clearly don't know as you're unable to provide any evidence to back it up.
Just like the 'buy and hold forever, as there's no finite time, so can never be verified. If things go wrong, you'll just change ids and nobody will know.

Jugears,

You completely diverted away from the question re TU
You stated contacts have told you what's in the TW's TU.
How about seeing if you're telling the truth, answer the questions about the TU then?
You won't answer because you're making it up, again.

"from contacts I still speak to I expect TW's Tu to be exactly as indicated & expected."

As you know, it should be easy to state what's happening then:

How many cancellations? How much cash? Divi?
What's the outlook?

I doubt he even touches the actual stock market, since the mess he got himself into with Pace.

Perhaps for your simple brain I should have said not everyone needs to buy an affordable- meaning a cheap house/ Starter home/small house,Surprisingly some people can afford bigger more expensive homes, HB's need to cater for these as well, You can buy whenever you like sickly, don't look to other people to lead you,If you are invested in a sector then I assume you have done your homework, I never invest for dividends & never expect a dividend unless it is officially announced,if I get one that is a bonus, what I will say is the need for new houses whether currently affordable or not is getting larger buy the day, Tw have a huge land bank that will bring exponential guaranteed future profits, land is not getting cheaper, I don't see TW falling to much from here, perhaps you are correct & it is time to invest that £500k especially as my 5% bonds finish at the end of August, Nice to know that you value my investment timing so much but always do your own research,Long term investing works for me & yes trading may have made me a bit more money but very unlikely as more than likely I would have missed the right opportunities, like many of the bitter posters on here, as it stands I have a large investment here that hasn't cost me a single penny to buy & now creates a very nice dividend each year that I could more than comfortably live on without any other income.
Just out of interest sick what do you think the long term outlook is????

"whilst there seems a big enfacis with some builders to move to affordable houses not everyone wants to buy an affordable house!"

Really, so potential homebuyers want to buy a new build, which is beyond their means???

"IMEO there is more upside than down side here"

So, you're loading up at 155p with that 500k you've keep saying is ready to invest?

gbh2, like you I have filtered a lot of them as none would ever influence my investing decisions, your either in or out, I am happy to be invested here for the long term, I've collected every dividend & reinvested most, the shares owe me nothing, from contacts I still speak to I expect TW's Tu to be exactly as indicated & expected. Whatever happens the UK needs houses & whilst there seems a big enfacis with some builders to move to affordable houses not everyone wants to buy an affordable house! IMEO there is more upside than down side here.

K,

So you agree with me, TW. results will not be amazing.

Tell me... Will the BOE Base Rate hit 6%?
Absolutely no chance!

Over 30% of house purchasers are Cash. Do you think house prices are going to crash 40% peak to trough as the village idiot Sikhthetech believes?
Lol, just lol!

Dunno why that MP described TW activities and other HBs as ‘scamming̵7;. Surely one person’s “scamming̶1;, is another person’s personal savings plan ?

The working class have never been able to purchase a property, except Maggie's great give away, please read my post history and learn.

You really should try and not get so emotional (Gfy), lol!

You stated...

Joseph, though I'm reluctant to admit it, I confess to being mystified. Why would you re-post my very long 'expose' email about you, on here? It doesn't fit with your activity on this thread where you've posted under one name only, apart from today, and generally made an interesting and occasionally witty contribution.

Are you attempting to convince me (or others) that thanatos abyss is NOT one of your advfn names? Are you attempting to let posters here know that you COULD spam this board into uselessness?

Are you merely losing your mind or have you graduated to a meta level of game play that no one can follow? Are you telling me that I shouldn't have created such a message because it's potentially unhelpful in this situation where we are (unusually) on the same side of the argument? If you're merely trying to get my attention and confuse me, you've succeeded. As the yanks might say, what gives?

When are you guys going to take this seriously or put up your hands and admit it was a ‘greenwashing’ stunt or otherwise.

Quadrise continues to work with MSC and project counterparties to conclude the binding agreement between Quadrise, MSC and Cargill in respect of Company's forthcoming vessel trials on board the MSC Leandra (the "Project Agreement").

Upon signing the Project Agreement, Quadrise equipment will be installed and commissioned at the MAC² facility in Antwerp prior to vessel trials. MAC² has already received the required operating permits for the installation of Quadrise equipment and has prepared the site ahead of time, therefore we are ready to move quickly once the Project Agreement is finalised.

Quadrise will provide a further update on the MSC vessel trial timetable following signature of the Project Agreement.

Commenting on the update, Jason Miles, Chief Executive Officer of Quadrise, said:

"We continue to have regular contact with MSC and other project counterparties and are preparing for installation of our equipment to commence as soon as the agreement is signed.."

However I am now holding over 100k shares in TW. and as we approach 160p I am loving it. All that matters is the share price and over the next months and years it will continue to increase. Not Friday yet but another good weekend headed out way. ;)

From ONS...
Take note, K or should I say Cretin.

"Average UK house prices increased by 2.2%, to £285,000 in the 12 months to May 2024 (provisional estimate), up from 1.3% (revised estimate) in the 12 months to April 2024.

Average house prices increased in England to £302,000 (2.2%), in Wales to £216,000 (2.4%), and in Scotland to £191,000 (2.5%), in the 12 months to May 2024" END.

Where is the village idiot Sikhthetech and it's 6 year old house price crash, mug-punter, lol, just lol!
