Profits were always going to be hit .. A 15-20 % collapse in £ will always hit a low margin import led businesses such as this. But notwithstanding the above there would appear to be lots of growth everywhere. This is still a growing business with huge ambitions

This could be a case of the kitchen sink of all kitchen sinks.Just a quick thought. I didn't see a mention about MA and taking it private but unless he states he will not take it private it does leave the door slightly open. If he states no intention then he can't do anything for 6 months.

Jeez, underlying pbt was worse, only £113m, margins hit (as expected), debt increased. But on the bright side............they have appointed a CFO.Will be stopped out at open me thinks.danboris2 - you having a giraffe!DD

The outlook is mildly bullish but plenty of chat about currency . You would like to think that with hedges in place we could start to look forward.
