"The only person who actually gains from plan A is CF."

That is clearly untrue.

Many people will gain from plan A, and thousands will lose if plan A fails.

If as some people believe AA plan A is offer 5.5p and plan B is pick it up out of administration for buttons. Then why didn't AA just go for plan B.

One of the largest investors in Sirius Minerals, the developer of a giant fertiliser mine in Yorkshire, will on Tuesday vote in a favour of a £405m rescue deal amid recriminations from irate shareholders.

"And I wonder how many shares AA already own. Right now they may be paying 3.94p per share instead of 5.5p."

They are not buying any, where are the notifications?

Anyway if the vote fails they'll get the company without buying any shares.

"Your not holding anyway. An employed stoog to try and manipulate the vote"

...and I more than happy to see the deal voted down, if that makes you happy.

Somehow I think you'll regret it come pm on Tuesday.

Also, how many times does one have to say that my interest here is academic and not financial.

"What's happening here"

Simply put, the shareholders may have voted for administration.

The market 'seems' to indicate that the deal is about to be voted down.

If it does, IMHO, 'I' would not want to be holding any.
