If as some people believe AA plan A is offer 5.5p and plan B is pick it up out of administration for buttons. Then why didn't AA just go for plan B.

Anyway if the vote fails they'll get the company without buying any shares.

Simply put, the shareholders may have voted for administration.

The market 'seems' to indicate that the deal is about to be voted down.

If it does, IMHO, 'I' would not want to be holding any.
