"You’ve changed your tune, on the lES you said AAL will get rid of Fraser first chance they get."

True, but he will come in handy for the first few months, and he'll no doubt get paid a nice golden hello and some AAL shares for perfoming a nice handover.

“especially when he picks up a 7 figure salary from AAL“

You’ve changed your tune, on the lES you said AAL will get rid of Fraser first chance they get.

Those shareholders who wanted to vote yes sold at 5.5 already. And if they didn't they are full blown idiots.

Probably not as much as some shareholders will miss what they are losing.

What does he own a couple of percent, that he never paid for. Sure he is going to crying himself to sleep over that......especially when he picks up a 7 figure salary from AAL.

CF will just get a nice new job with AAL when they pick it up cheap.

Also, he's bound to have stacked plenty of his salary aside over the last few years, he'll not be skint.

He's hardly been buying up shares, has he.

The only people getting screwed here are the shareholders.

Madness.....

Yep and to stela 7m from cf. Everyone says he won't care. It's 7m. Of course he will care. If he didn't, give it back and I will vote yes. How about that

AAL will just snap it up from the administrators, they have probably got a team working on plan prepack already.

You are just voting to handover the company for 0p a share.

Madness......

vwcaddy, all true, and AAL will likely as not do all those things.

Either by the bid route or a prepack deal route.

It's unlikely to go to administration as there isn't much to administrate, liquidation is likely if AAL or another does not want it.

A NO vote will kill the share price tomorrow, if you are holding I'd pray hard that the vote passes.

The project – which is the largest private sector investment in the North – has widespread cross-party political support at a local level, and Sirius Minerals Managing Director Chris Fraser was part of the Prime Minister’s business delegation to China in January.

As the company seeks to complete its financing this year, today’s Quod report states: “Opportunities on this scale are rare. The Project is particularly timely as it will address so many of the Government’s current and urgent challenges and aspirations at this time of change in the UK’s economy and international outlook.”
