22/10/2018 12:56 | 27 September 2018 on RNS Number : 1238C Chris Fraser, Managing Director and CEO of Sirius, commented: "The Company continues to work with both the UK Infrastructure Project Authority and the lending banks, and the stage 2 senior debt financing due diligence process is ongoing. Bank commitment letters are expected to be obtained from commercial lenders in the fourth quarter of 2018." "A number of financing alternatives to fund the increased capital requirement are under active consideration. Financial close of stage 2 financing is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2019." | johnwise

22/10/2018 11:40 | Hi 11%, Think the reason for the uncertainty is probably the timeframe for guidance on whether we will be moving up or down. All the signs to me point up, but if management can't get it together it could well be down. I'd like to think that Gina, our CB holders, existing institutions etc all have some sort of downside protections built into their contracts (first two primarily), but we'll see. Impossible to call with certainty though, so think management have managed to crater the share price as well as causing most investors to sit on their hands for the moment in just one update! Incredible! | ppvn

19/10/2018 16:47 | Not enough shares available unfortunately. Could only get 968,918 at the time. Try again on Monday! NMRN | not my real name

19/10/2018 15:04 | Hi eurofox, Just hoping my potential aftermarket buy of 1,000,000 will keep us afloat but who knows where the market will take us? NMRN | not my real name
19/10/2018 14:30 | Fully agree in some instances but I obviously(!!) disagree in this particular case. Without what should be in time a manageable debt load, there will be no revenue, etc etc. Know the comparison is not exactly apples to apples and it's been made hundreds of times before but Fortescue in the 2004 to 2009 timeframe seems as good a comparable as any and I wish I'd have owned shares in them at the time. Don't disagree though that a close eye should be cast upon each and every share held with regard to debt load. Won't take much more, particularly in the US, for things to spiral on a debt:equity basis. I'm looking at you, FAANGS! Only it's only really their growth that needs to stall to get them on the spiral (since lots of these new growth companies have no profit anyway - go figure!). The bad banks should have been let fail. This quasi recovery has been the result of overindebted companies struggling on with no newcomers to challenge them since the banking regs now prevent lending in many cases. Apart from sirius obviously! Good luck | ppvn
19/10/2018 14:20 | I suppose the thing that I'm seeing in the market at the moment is too much credit stress, much as was beginning to emerge in 2007/8. I remember selling out my whole portfolio of several £million well in advance of the crash and telling others that banks would fail - they all thought I was mad.... but hey ho. This is not a good time to be taking on more debt in my view. | eurofox
19/10/2018 14:11 | Hehe, only yanking your chain Euro. Really was quiet start in that case. As we've discussed before, everyone should trade exactly as they see fit. I hope you live to regret the sales, but it may be me that lives to regret my hold! | ppvn
19/10/2018 14:08 | Hi PPVN - 2 trades of 200K at 24.8 each and 2 trades of 50K at 24.56 and 24.58 respectively - you're right - only an average of 24.72 overall. Trade numbers 13, 18, 82 and 90. No wish to add back to my remaining holding until this shambles of a government gets its act together - the way they are going, they won't have time for distractions like SXX and are more likely to let Corbyn in, in which case game over. | eurofox
19/10/2018 13:38 | I could only see 411k traded at anywhere near 24.8p... These old eyes of mine... | ppvn
19/10/2018 12:45 | The cartel are all playing out ..just waiting for a few more.. dump nudge goose and muck...x | carla1
19/10/2018 11:43 | Fair enough. Very high risk strategy given the huge fluctuations with this share, and not just recently, I don't see the point in f%$£ing around hundreds of thousands to make £4k profit less taxes and trading costs. I am not sure I would do that even if I was a "close friend" of someone who sat on the board. I find it surprising that a millionaire like yourself would bother with things like that but good luck to you and congratulations on your eerily accurate sense of timing. NMRN | not my real name
19/10/2018 11:34 | NMRN... that was not sold as a trade to be purchased back. it was sold as a closing trade at a small profit from 24p. I remain invested but with 50percent of the previous holding. I will only buy back if all the many current risks ... mostly external.. subside. | eurofox
19/10/2018 11:08 | John what a complete tw:t you are America comes to are rescue didn’t you read my last posts directed to you ? Also can’t you answer some questions put to you instead of regurgitating other people posts or link NPV?? your so wide of the mark. | dp1umb
