Anyone diving in with leveraged spread bets/CFDs must be mad - shorts exposed to news and longs better be clear this is will need to have deep pockets for further margin erosion.

mostly the filling of lower gaps where the price rose too quickly (thus there will be poorly set stop losses that are easy meat for shorters) and the fact that sentiment is still strongly on the side of bears. i still have a large core holding that will remain whatever.

I think we are in for a period of flat lining.....they do this every so often, as they decide which way is going.

Looks like testing 25p today, very weak in the market and looks like heading lower, where will it bounce is the question...

Three and five year chart clearly shows this is obviously where we would return to, but not for long. Experienced peeps will buy now, panicking novices will sell. This is the last time to get in at this level for ever. The high on the next phase is over 45

Hi Eurofox,

On the day of the RNS the share price hit 22.5 (that was the low for the day) and bounced back up before 8.30am. I'm not convinced spreadbetters were really the drivers of that bounce (they weren't).

Also, the level 2 order book is about as useful as taking a whizz in a hurricane. Don't you think it's strange no level 2 orders have appeared for our CB funds for example? Or volume through the MTFs of more relevance? What was it about the activity at the time that made you think it rose again too fast?

I'm not trying to be awkward and I'm certainly not saying it's impossible to go down further. I believe it unlikely to go significantly below 25p as I've said on numerous occasions, as well as how and why I believe that. There is no need to attempt to try and befuddle the less financially astute to suit your own ends. We are all small fish in a rather large pond at the moment. Nothing posted here will affect the shareprice in any way.
