Haha! Yeah I thought of your correction post the other day and changed from 6 months to q1!

Going to be a long q1 - potentially!

Hi dp1umb,

No I do see what you're saying I just think it would be a travesty!

I really don't like doing it on blind faith alone, but like it or not that's what we are being asked to do. Perhaps Sirius really have grown out of their AIM roots. After all, if they were going to fund the shortfall prior to stage 2 wouldn't they have done it by now? It's been a month and a week.

Not ruling anything out at all as I've been caught out before as I'm sure we all have. But maybe, just maybe, they will deliver for shareholders!

P.s. still don't like being asked to wait until q1

PPVN I get to the 22p mark for the reason that the shares are weak at the moment and as the shares are hovering around the 24 to 25p region there will always be a discount to the prevailing price (usually 20 percent ) I don’t think they could get one away at a lower price without loosing faith with the previous investors at the 20p level.

Hi Mr Oz,

Maybe. But I don't for the life of me see why. They don't need the funds immediately (from what i can tell?) - so why do a placing at levels that will surely be long gone post stg 2.

Unless it's a fundamental issue with stage 2 (and our trading range to me at least suggests it isn't), why would they do that?

I just really don't like the way they've left this question mark over us for 6 months. Cretinous doesn't quite cut it!

What if the shortfall was dealt with first? CF may say the opposite, but then he would do...

Dp1umb,

Whilst nothing can be ruled out in this period of obvious uncertainty, don't you think that would be on the ridiculous side?

- The project would be funded (barring cost overruns) to 13mtpa.
- Gina bought into stage 1 when there was obviously a load more uncertainty (I.e. bank debt availability / IPA guarantee / cost overruns as we have experienced etc) at 20p. Our funds invested at 25p to a theoretical max uplift of 42p plus coupons.
- Gina just advanced $250mm to sirius, I'd assume on at least a little additional due diligence to what we have
- Many more offtakes
- CFO boobery discounted
- etc

Don't you think 22/23p would be a travesty?

Like I say, I don't obviously know what will happen. But if that does I can't see one single investor being happy about the outcome. Yes I know there is uncertainty at the moment and I don't like it one little bit. But everything I can put my finger on screams that we are a bargain here. But that's only my opinion.

Carla can’t recollect many if any posters say there’s going to be a 18p placing. If there an equity offer it would probably be around 22/23p .

one of the late 50K trades was mine from a sell at the top earlier in the day, only just skimmed a profit. it really isn't worth messing with.

The mystic megs can only be reactive in this particular share. Brave calling charts early but fairly confident in this case.

Breaking support on a graph doesn't work in this instance! But see what you're saying.

Graphically a double bottom is forming in my view (plot using candlesticks from mid-aug) which would be confirmed by a break back up to about 32p.

CB funds are dictating the range rather than technicials in this instance.

Nice to see us on the up and up despite being where we are. All we need now is to get well back up into the 30s with no fund buying - they can pick their shares up there.

Otherwise I think our CFO should fail on at least one of his objectives! Success by failure shouldn't be an option!
