Since when did mainstream report full facts. It's all emotion based to gain audience. This project has always been risk but how do you properly qualify that risk in 2 minutes. If you consider the risks too great then you will simply qualify with supporting facts. Others might consider what has been achieved, the ever changing outlook and still consider acceptable.

2min news report on BBC Look North last night. Reels showing the site and onsite interviews. Talking about the project and the benefits of the local economy. Ominously no mention of how financially precarious the whole thing is.

"The Company continues to work with both the UK Infrastructure Project Authority and the lending banks, and the stage 2 senior debt financing due diligence process is ongoing. Bank commitment letters are expected to be obtained from commercial lenders in the fourth quarter of 2018."

"A number of financing alternatives to fund the increased capital requirement are under active consideration. Financial close of stage 2 financing is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2019."

Oh and btw, what appears to have been missed with that Jacobs announcement of yesterday was the timing of the release. Yes, it was announced on 6th Sept by sirius. But if you look at the original announcement ( ), what time did it come out?

What did the share price do at that precise time?

Our share price is on the low side in someones view. Dust in the wind... the players are playing. Made me laugh when Mr Oz said about the Sunday papers.

So frustrating. Theoretically should well be worth the wait eventually (and may not even be that eventual from here - if they get it away at stg2 as outlined) but very annoying and more than a bit unexpected being where we are.

LOL. Been a long 2 years! I have made 12.8% profit at todays closing price for investing a ridiculous amount of money in an AIM company!

I could have done better in the FTSE100!
