19/9/2018 16:37 | Evening PPVN, Fellow no-lifer here. I see short tracker hasn't updated with your figures yet so I assume you checked the SEC filings. That will throw the hounds off the scent! You'll be a double saddo now! I'm on holiday this week so I guess I'm seriously sad. Money never sleeps eh? Missed the Tesla post from last night as we were out doing non-financial stuff. Apologies for that. Still learning the CB ins and out at the moment. I have only carried out pretend trades so far and feeling my way into it. I can definitely see a future income generator here though. I still owe you one for sowing the seed. Cheers. NMRN | not my real name

19/9/2018 10:01 | GM Lenses, I'm with you on the FA side of things, primarily as I think the best opportunities lie where most people don't bother to examine these days. Loads of opportunities if you're prepared to go through with a toothcomb. Sirius is a little different as it literally is just CB funds directing us at the moment, and since I don't know what they plan to do in the middle I can't really add value here. I do however keep an eye on the graphs to try and give an idea on when things might happen but it's a very inexact strategy and I've never really derived too much use for it. That being said, DXY is very interesting on the charts currently. Almost like a macro change is occurring - but it's still teetering... Just. Hope you took no offense to my post yesterday. I thought from the sound of it you might enjoy being cast as the sheriff, terrorising us simple townsfolk... | ppvn
19/9/2018 09:48 | Mmmm PP. Rummaging through the entrails with the hope of finding something tasty to fry up for breakfast? Best sticking to FA I say. TA? Yeah well. Often pays to do the contrarian. Fast consolidation this AM after a bit of expected PT. Yesterday's slice re bought. 4%, many a mickle........ L. | lenses
19/9/2018 09:28 | Hi Stoaty1, Sorry was just musing re. Tesla. NMRN and i spoke some time ago about transferrable trading strategies when CBs are outstanding. They have CBs coming due in March 2019 with a strike of $359, a certain tweet was mysteriously made at $340 or so, rather comical really. In that instance I'd have said it would be obvious CB funds would short above $359 (quite a bit above though, they only pay 0.25% cpn) and drive the price down again. Bit more complex in teslas case and I didn't do anything there because a) you never know what "news" is to come out b) the liquidity is phenomenal so whilst there are a lot of shares to sell from CBs, it wouldn't take long to sell shares. I was making a reference to put options that could have been worth considering when it was above 359 but they were very pricey. Anyway back to Sirius, To SteMiS, mar622wend and carla1. I apologise for not putting enough food on your plate this morning. How terrible of us all here that you have the unpleasant surprise of logging in to find only some posts that really haven't told you exactly what to do. Must try harder. If I didn't know better than to trust graphs, I'd say we bounced off the 50% retracement at 31.14 set from our high of 39.78 and the plunge low of 22.5. We seem to be getting some support on the 38.2% level that's at 29.1. It's more tricky as I say, in the middle of a trading range. Of course, being avid readers you'll know precisely what I mean. | ppvn
