17/9/2018 08:10 | Deramper = Nuisance of the highest order! A scaremongerer, someone who spreads false rumours about a stock in order to cause panic selling. They deliberately do this so they can line their own pocket. | johnwise

17/9/2018 07:51 | GM PPVN. This deal will increase the size of our partner by 72%. It's definitely positive news but I would rather have been a 5% owner of the biggest group in South America. NMRN | not my real name
17/9/2018 07:43 | Aha! We bought 30% of a fertilizer company?! Does anyone else think this "partner" may not have much presence in South America at present? | ppvn
17/9/2018 07:38 | cc. Yes, bankers will ask how likely to transpire and where did that magic number come from? Beyond their recent capacity and therefore requiring a leap of faith as well as some wholesale change or doubling of operation? | mr.oz

16/9/2018 20:23 | PPVN iam currently a holder (approx 3% of my isa)the sole reason for my posts are to give a balance to the conversation especially when we have idiots saying that it is a screaming buy and should be 60p | dp1umb
16/9/2018 20:23 | 2theduke. For now the royalty component is secured over the assets of the project and it gives Gina the right to attend board meetings. Appointment of director comes when the equity component is executed and on the proviso she keeps all her shares. If stage 2 fails and the company goes into receivership then Gina as a secured creditor will get priority over the unsecured ones. Shareholders as contributaries are ranked bottom in the food chain and will probably get zilch. How much will the mine fetch in a firesale? $500 million? | jw30
16/9/2018 20:20 | Evening PPVN, Not sure sums are their strong points. NMRN | not my real name |
