If they ever say ‘selling up engines division’ share price will take a hit on day, but would also be best buy

Be nice to see them focus talents on niche specialisms only alright. Then the brand would be investable long term

Look at its history. If it wasn’t for the ‘every stock on earth pump’ post 2008, awful

For shareholders, they should just sell up the aviation side. It’s ok for traders. Can just buy and sell with sector cycle but due to same cycles it goes nowhere over x period each time . It holds share price back and always will. Just get another hit to aviation and another dilution somewhere

Needs to focus on what would actually create long term shareholder value in terms of consistent growth

I think the likes of sharescope (a column) show a more raw buy and sell number for day in monetary and volume style , but not sure if it’s based on how recorded on L2. Can ask them

Yes. Must be careful on level 2 . Whilst it’s not recording transactions wrongly, it can be deceptive

Hi all,Can anyone share some light and educate me, I sold some RR shares today, it is a pure sell but the trade went through as a buy activity which resulted and indicated in blue on the trade list.

The problem really is that the given range is -6% potential. And LTr’s then have to pray for 142 support yet again

Not holding, suddenly it’s -25%

Amazing what a small window can do to the medium and long term really

End up with new shorters holding longer than most investors

That article is missing the most common possibility

Retail bring bullish and funds are bearish, using retail bullishness to distribute

Very often, it’s as simple as that

Retail selling into bullish/holding funds does not stall price

Makers are very good at holding ranges for fund distribution. Obviously it suits them because retail buying is their main profit re transactions. So they are happy to have perceived bullish consolidation zones

If funds were bullish into august it would be rising into august due to them not selling into retail bullish liquidity

Etc etc

It’s very very bad consolidation for many reasons

But mostly due to being at the money. Little other reasons motivate them
