23/8/2022 08:19 | Vatnabrekk if it’s a 50/50 they won’t get £500k per annum. They also have to raise the cash to fund 50% of each project. It’s a shame they have waited so long at protos and not done it when they have more cash available. | grahamwales
23/8/2022 08:18 | Vat / Moon: Agreed. | cash2020
23/8/2022 08:11 | And plenty more in pipeline for peel. Once foak and all installed and successful . Everyone council in the land will want a DMG and hydrogen bin trucks /other vehicles . And solve the plastic crisis on a local level . Think this system is even more essential in poorer countries abroad with mega plastic waste issues | moontheloon
23/8/2022 08:11 | There are two points to consider here in my view: 1. PHE will now have a share of control in these projects. the problem with the Protos project until now was that Peel have been in complete control, and PHE was just a "passenger", and there was no progress. 2. PHE will now get 50% of the profits from each project and not just a £500k annual fee. The SPV profits will be substantial. Admittedly PHE will have to fund 50% of the capital cost of each project, but that does not necessarily mean huge dilution as suggested by some. Undoubtedly there will have to be a placing for part of the Capex, but no reason why other means of funding e.g. debt equity, should not be available for part of it. | vatnabrekk
23/8/2022 08:05 | Graham, the world’s first will be Protos, I don’t think there’s any doubt about that now. The EU’s first is likely to be Tipperary and then Konin to follow. Don’t forget Rothesay! The main thing is they are coming. | cash2020
23/8/2022 07:56 | Think it's more complex Than That gw. You got to consider the exposure to site profit as well as royalties. At least we now know that phe aren't being sidelined which was the last troll round | moontheloon
23/8/2022 07:53 | Moon If they are 50/50 jv then in theory instead of £500k royalties it will be £250k unless PHE pay themselves £250k :-) | grahamwales
23/8/2022 07:49 | Cash HUI also say that Poland project will follow the Ireland one. So begs the question which one is first out of the three lol | grahamwales
23/8/2022 07:46 | Graham, Akeksandra said she’s expecting a reply regarding Konin in the next month, and she said that two weeks ago. We should get a major update in two weeks or so. | cash2020
23/8/2022 07:45 | It looks to me like phe taking back control. As always clear as mud but slightly clearer now . Doesn't mean that royalties won't be paid. I fully imagine phe hui becoming one at some stage... But 3 foak avenues are now clear. As usual watch this space see what materialises ongoing here on in | moontheloon
23/8/2022 07:44 | No not at all, Protos will be the first. | cash2020
23/8/2022 07:42 | Cash Are you suggesting that Protos will now not go ahead. | grahamwales
23/8/2022 07:39 | So let me get this right are HUI suggesting they have spent €500k on submitting an environmental impact assessment as can’t see what else could have been done on site as they don’t have planning permission. Also why are PHE an additional €250k for a site that has nothing on it. HUI now have total control of PHE bank account. | grahamwales
23/8/2022 07:38 | You don’t know what you’re talking about. | cash2020
23/8/2022 07:36 | Sadly PHE have never built, tested or certified a single commercial scale system, so it's hardly 'ready'. Could be years away if ever.An obvious short. | deccer1
23/8/2022 07:22 | Makes sense to me, the HUI system is being held up due to global conditions so the PHE system will be installed at Konin instead because its ready. Great news. | cash2020
23/8/2022 07:17 | Graham, yes it looks like a complete reversal of the previous business model. Now PHE have to fork out big money to basically fund each project. Presumably loads more dilution. What a laugh. Lemmings and mushrooms only. | ken chung
23/8/2022 07:13 | How they going to fund their 50% of costs for these three projects? Lots more dilution?Lemmings and mushrooms only. | ken chung
23/8/2022 07:09 | So instead of HUI paying PHE royalties it seems to be the other way around again. HUI are sucking all the cash out of PHE. No wonder directors are leaving they are using PHE as a cash cow. | grahamwales
23/8/2022 07:08 | The markets hate doubt. This is great news and confirms things . Good work | moontheloon
23/8/2022 07:07 | This formalises PHE's position in the Konin project and brings to an end speculation within the market on what PHE's role will be. We now have the task of agreeing the detailed documents for all three projects at Protos, Lanespark and Konin, which will conclude PHE's recently adopted policy of holding at least some level of control of the projects on which it embarks | moontheloon
22/8/2022 12:18 | Historical evidence is we are correct! | allinforabigprofit
22/8/2022 08:43 | BB is full of deluded trolls this morning. Must be good sign. | vatnabrekk |
