03/10/2022 10:52 | Is that really the best you can come up with Juju? Pathetic. | cash2020
03/10/2022 10:42 | Ken/JUJU Thanks, for your recommendations just bought 1,000,000 [4x250,000] LOL | smokey 1o3
03/10/2022 09:56 | Some of us suspect PHE might even have to lend HUI more money, meaning even more dilution. | ken chung
03/10/2022 09:54 | Unfortunately the announcement on 5/9/2022 extended sign-off by Peel for another six months to 31/3/2023. Then PHE would seem to need another large dilutive share issue to fund their hefty 50% costs (£10m - £15m?) for the project plus something for ongoing working capital (say £5m). Even if they start building in late 2023 and take 12 to 18 months to complete construction, that suggests completion won't be until to late 2024 or 2025. Then it has to be tested and certified, and could still require further modifications and time, or even fail.Lemmings and mushrooms only. | ken chung
03/10/2022 09:33 | I have to say I totally disagree Tewkesbury. The fact is Peel have been very busy. If you’ve done your research you’ll know that an RNS detailing the construction contractors is due any day now and financial close won’t be far behind. The main bulk of the finance has been sorted and they’re now tying up the last odds n sods which only amounts to £1000’s now, so the heavy lifting has been done. The paperwork for the SPV is in draught format and is currently being finalised with the lawyers so expect significant news imminently. | cash2020
28/9/2022 16:22 | Lay a brick ffs | juju44
28/9/2022 10:45 | Shame Warwick doesn't post any more. I would have enjoyed seeing him as the price crashes and he loses more and more money each day. Humbling for you isn't it Warwick to watch your money dissappear. | deccer1
28/9/2022 10:37 | Indeed deccer. Why the directors never bought shares, says it all. If they won't back it, why should anyone else.Lemmings and mushrooms only. | ken chung
28/9/2022 10:35 | Way over priced. Sub 0.4p soon.Lemmings and mushrooms only. | deccer1
26/9/2022 20:56 | Plenty shareholders bricking it, boom, boom. Looks a real bargain at these prices almost unreal. | allinforabigprofit
26/9/2022 16:21 | Have they laid a brick yet . Looking ever more like toilet material | juju44
26/9/2022 09:08 | I doubt they could have a commercial size unit built and finished until 2027-28. Meanwhile more dilution. Lemmings and mushrooms only. | ken chung
25/9/2022 17:48 | Avoid like the plague. | ken chung
23/9/2022 21:24 | Who is Howard and why does his name keep coming up? | jonclark1
23/9/2022 17:20 | Depends on your view of successful? He has most certainly made money and found big money and steered that to companies where he holds influence. | allinforabigprofit
23/9/2022 09:15 | Deccer 0.3p or less now likely.Nothing built and nothing likely for years if you ask me. Exodus of management says everything imo.Lemmings and mushrooms only. | ken chung
23/9/2022 09:11 | I wonder how Paul Warwick is feeling?How awful.Heading for 0.4p. | deccer1
23/9/2022 07:45 | Do I take it from the silence that Howard does not have any successful companies ? | solarno lopez
