30/8/2022 19:04 | Cheers Just gives us an idea of how much PHE would require | grahamwales
30/8/2022 18:03 | I believe there are about 384 million HUI shares in issue, and the share price is about 10p, so MCAP is about $38M at the moment. I don't have enough info to even begin to estimate how much placing would be required for the Ireland DMG. Perhaps the total cost of the project could be in the region of £30M. But I don't know how much the SPV may get as grants, or how much the SPV may be able to get from banks or financial institutions in the form of direct loans for the project. After that, presumably the balance will have to be funded equally by HUI and PHE, so that will determine how much HUI will have to raise by way of a placing. As far as I know we haven't had any project figures or estimates from the company yet, but I'm hoping that we will get something soon. | vatnabrekk
30/8/2022 17:44 | hi Vat Have you worked out how much the raise would be not sure what the current M cap is. | grahamwales
30/8/2022 17:18 | Hi Graham, yes something like that. They need to have authority to issue shares to cover that sort of thing without coming back to the shareholders with a GM, and they say they don't need as much as 50% of the current issued capital to cover that. Clearly if they are likely to need a much larger sum to pay for a DMG installation, but the amount they will need from shareholders will depend upon how much they get from other sources such as grants, other investors, loans etc. And for that sort of placing they will have to call a GM to get authority for the placing. | vatnabrekk
30/8/2022 16:09 | So are they suggesting that one quarter will be warrants and share options. | grahamwales
30/8/2022 14:51 | Note the following statement in the RNS: "Both powers are generally taken at the annual general meeting of publicly quoted UK companies." So it's a fairly standard resolution, not specific to HUI. Also note the final para in the Rns: "The Directors have, subsequent to the posting of the notice AGM, reconsidered these amounts and resolved that, if granted, the relevant authorities set out in resolutions numbered 10 and 11 will not be exercised above a level equivalent to one quarter of the Company's current issued share capital, save as necessary to allow the issue of any shares pursuant to the exercise of any existing warrants or options in the Company." | vatnabrekk
30/8/2022 12:57 | Those contracted to PHE broker will know from pope (broker) calling them asking if they be willing to subscribe to a placing. Desperate people being told one more, we only require one more (placing). One more one more and if refuse you'll lose the lot! | allinforabigprofit
30/8/2022 11:00 | Looks like they are preparing for placing amounting to half of their m cap. Not sure that’s enough for one plant. | grahamwales
30/8/2022 10:39 | No PHE AGM yet but: RNS on 'Investigate' today:Hydrogen Utopia International PLC (the "Company" or "HUI") Annual General Meeting and Share Issuance Authorities Hydrogen Utopia International PLC (AQSE:HUI), a company pioneering non-recyclable waste plastics to hydrogen technology, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 5 September 2022 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of Laytons LLP, Pinners Hall, 105-108 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1ER.
