Going bust unless someone steps in to get the tech - unlikely as it was never proved at scale . What a shambles

If I am right (and I am not saying I am) it might also help to explain the exodus of PHE directors and why PHE haven't developed the chamber themselves. At the very least it looks odd don't you think?

I make no accusations of wrong doing.

Allinforabigorofit,
I just hope HW's HUI are not developing their own thermal chamber with a view to then requiring PHE to takeover HUI for another 40% of PHE shares (like with PHE's takeover of HW's W2T) in order to get use of the chamber.

However, if I was HW, that is what I would be aiming for, then I would have majority control of PHE for minimal outlay. I would also wait until after the next fund raise. Such a takeover would presumably also get HUI out of having to repay the money PHE leant them (like with the money PHE leant to W2T but didn't get back?).

Of course other shareholders would be diluted out in such a takeover but that's just how the market works. Ultimately you would all be dead meat in such scenarios.

And my bid been reached, sold for one new penny! 3/4 of a penny? Time will tell. Fundamental question is what reason HUI, ellude to building a redesigned thermal chamber?

Unfortunately the announcement on 5/9/2022 extended sign-off by Peel for another six months to 31/3/2023. Then PHE would seem to need another large dilutive share issue to fund their hefty 50% costs (£10m - £15m?) for the project plus something for ongoing working capital (say £5m). Even if they start building in late 2023 and take 12 to 18 months to complete construction, that suggests completion won't be until to late 2024 or 2025. Then it has to be tested and certified, and could still require further modifications, time, and expense, or even fail.Lemmings and mushrooms only.

A fair market capitalisation is probably £1.5m to £2.5m.

Loss making, no product approved, cash dwindling and an alarming exodus of directors.

Looking desperate.

Even though I'm still holding PHE I don't have any sympathy for the company. Other than a brief spell earlier this year when they seemd more interested in communications, the company has been so poor on keeping the markets / shareholders Updated. The company has had so many directors over the years, but sadly they are all the same, in the brief time they are there. The Powerhouse homepage hasn't been updated since the 14 July.2022 - When there is a void people will quit rightly worry. Even after todays c13% fall, the BOD will be oblivious or just not interesting enough to make contact. Haward White posted on this thread earlier this year so where has he been as the price has halved in the past two months. He is Not a director at PHE and as long as he doesn't give away market sensitive information, he could feed us something !.
