Incorrect, the SPV is fifty fifty. Peel find 50% and PHE find 50%. Peel are building the infrastructure and possible that be deducted therefore PHE, be scrambling around looking to find more than 50% build the actual plant?

PHE is not in need of funding just now. It's the SPV Company that needs the funding for the project, and that's in Peel's hands at the moment.

I doubt this share gain any stability until next-year and that is a long way away. Must be soul destroying to long term holders. I have watched this stock go from broke, sub halve a pence to gold plus seven pence and back we are heading towards sub penny and they remain without finance to complete.

This stock does tend to drop like one?If could guarantee they'll keep their word the share is a bargain. Problem is historically words are all they are good at writing except it's fictional most publications, or should that be aspirational?

I think it’s a further 10 sites on top of Protos in the medium term but 77 sites in total long term.

I seem to recall that the agreement was for 11 Peel sites in total (including Protos) but that Peel had said that they had identified 72 potential sites.

Confused. I thought the exclusivity with peel was already in place.

Also 10 sites thought it was 70.

Still can’t see when protos site will be up and running and how the hell they gonna pay for it ffs.

Vata - I am sure it has been said that Element 2 is to offtake & pipe the Hydrogen to another site in Protos for distribution.

Cash - Won't take issue over signing up the contractors. Either way is just fine for me.

I think all three of us are agreed we’re very close now and pretty much all ingredients are well covered, including the technology, now Riley is hands on.

Yes, sorry I should’ve mentioned Linde would hopefully trade the hydrogen via the upcoming PHE/ HUI projects in Tipperary and Konin with eventually many more plants to come.

I believe that Element2 has already done a deal with Peel to take the hydrogen from the DMG at Protos, and also at Rothesay, so I don't think Linde are involved in these two projects. But they could well be involved in other PHE projects in the future.

Smokey, the deal on construction contractors should be announced this month (so September not October) and will likely include the 50/50 deal with PHE and Peel. It sounds like most of the financing has been done already, they’re just sorting out the last odds n sods. But financial close will be early next year. But we’re very close now.

Regarding Linde, I remember Akeksandra say in a podcast recently (it may have been the recent virtual investor presentation???) that Linde will hopefully trade the hydrogen. Considering the world will eventually need colossal amounts of hydrogen I’d say that having close links with Linde puts us in a very strong position.

So SPV contract to be concluded in next two months say by 20th October]. Contracts with machinery manufacturers being finalised right now [say also by 2oth October, SPV to start construction in early January 2023, if finance can be found, Riley confident the technology can run well and safely [with his experience at Veolia he should know]. I wonder whether Linde have a role to play in all of this given their tie up with Hui and knowledge of the engineering to get o market. That would be a bonus! So, JUJU a lot to do before your "brick" is laid in about 4 months so plenty of time for you to take a break and come back say early in the new year!! LOL
