Another wishy washy interview. Why would it take months to pick a contractor and have peel lost interest in the project.

Even Zac sounded confused and he normally pushes a company that he interviews.

Sounded like they still haven’t got a working system that produces Hydrogen.

Total mess to be honest.

Ha! Yesterday I noticed that a single share was purchased, rumour is that 1 single share means an RNS has been logged. Sure enough we get an RNS. Maybe that explains the 5m buy at close yesterday?

Anyway, it’s very good news!

This is going to be huge in the USA. Should help PHE Hydrogen Utopia International PLC (AQSE:HUI, OTCQB:HUIPF), a company pioneering non-recyclable waste plastics to hydrogen technology, is delighted to announce that it will be exploring potential investment opportunities in the United States. The first HUI American roadshow will start on the 22nd of August and will last for a week.On July 26th, 2022 HUI started trading at OTCQB Venture Market, which has allowed the Company to access one of the world's largest investment markets and promote the technology at a much larger scale. Since then it has received substantial interest from potential investors based in the U.S. attentive to ESG investments and 4.0. technologies. The interest expressed in HUI's unique technology arose from both retail and institutional investors and the meetings will be held on The East Coast, mainly in New York State, Atlanta and The State of Florida. HUI's predominant goal during this roadshow is to promote the technology and increase awareness of HUI's technology as the perfect solution for eliminating waste plastic. The ultimate ambition is to open a string of non-recyclable and end-of-life plastics to hydrogen hubs on the US territory and find reputable Companies to help rolling out HUI system's internationally. HUI believes that there is an increasingly high interest in new technologies in the U.S. which is best illustrated by the recent passing of the "Inflation Reduction Act of 2022" by the US Congress with particular regard to crucial legislation tackling climate change. Around $369 billion is expected to be allocated to reducing greenhouse gas emissions when this landmark piece of legislation comes into force. Once passed, it will encourage increased production of clean energy, with incentives and mechanisms built into the Act to accelerate the deployment of advanced fuel technologies with a significantly reduced carbon footprint. Aleksandra Binkowska CEO of HUI, commented:"I am delighted and excited to be embarking on a trip to explore possibilities for Hydrogen Utopia in the States, starting with the East Coast. I want to engage with private and institutional investors to present the opportunity, our technology and its implications for the clean energy market and North American continent as a whole. I believe that technologies such as ours should be rolled out at a massive scale in order to make a meaningful impact. There is no more time to waste"The Directors of the Company take responsibility for this statement.

They can produce hydrogen to 99.999% purity (without tar residue) which is good enough for road fuel quality.

vatna - forgive me but that quote sounds like desperation to me.

WTF is 'a tangible increase in evidence-based confidence'? Numbers please, or it's meaningless.

And 'a form of carbon sequestration'? They make a better quality of charcoal?

How's this commercial system that's going to be ready by the end of the year getting on? Have they nominated a year yet?

Audible, clearly you don't bother to read the Company's annual Report and Accounts, so I'll help you by posting an extract from the Report for 2021, Page 8. This relates to the 3 tpd prototype DMG at Thornton Park, that I mentioned earlier and that you seem to believe doesn't exist:

"A successful year of tests, trials and development using the Company’s test unit at its Thornton site in the northwest of England, was completed in 2021.
Several developments are worthy of highlighting in this report:
The team has made noteworthy progress in enhancing the Hydrogen output of the system, and there has been a tangible increase in evidence-based confidence from the systematic testing of feedstocks in 2021 and in 2022, in the generation of optimum levels of Hydrogen.
More understanding and control of the technology has been achieved which has allowed in certain cases, optimized carbon retention in the residue (biochar). This is a form of carbon sequestration."

Yes Vatna the protype is three ton a day although we have seen no evidence of its capacity nor ability generate electricity onto the estates micro grid? Nor have we seen this prototype from the days was housed in the same garage that Shell tested its racing car engines? We haven't seen the only prototype now several years.

There is a prototype operating at Thornton Park, but it is only a 3 tonnes per day model, so not at commercial size. Nevertheless it does earn money for PHE because they use it for testing various feedstocks and carrying out R&D and gathering data for the IP.

Vatna, shareholders only hope that once the two Protos sites are complete that Peel, be prepared to wait until funding arrived? They Peel build the sites and along comes another technology and takes DMG sites? What point does Peel NRE start paying site fees, etc?And with Peel now distancing themselves from Peel NRE, and having put nothing into to Peel NRE, the risk of the hazard overloading Peel NRE with financial obligation(s) is very real. Always rent a warehouse to someone? DMG V3 or 4?Anyone seen a DMG prototype operational previous few years? Most don't believe such a machine ever existence? I've seen a prototype operational five years ago?

Perhaps PHE ought to grasp the nettle and fund the entire project themselves, or find another partner to go 50/50 with. Waiting on Peel to execute Financial Close is worse than watching paint dry.

Vatna I'm glad I was able to re-enforce your suspicion about Peel having published months ago that Peel advertising Peel NRE on their investor page, where find Peel making offers to request investment in Peel projects. Peel are only interested in warehouses and proven technology/projects this I also published months ago. This company now put to sleep until next year.Tim Yeov, ex CEO, getting £5k a month and no where to be seen? Utterly bonkers to be invested here.

Graham, as Howard isn't a director or PHE, just an influential shareholder, it really wasn't his place to be communicating with Peel, it was down to James and the other directors. But bear in mind that for a long time there were no executive directors in PHE, which was an absolutely ridiculous situation!

zeppo, I've always had doubts about whether Peel are going to invest in the SPV or just provide the site infrastructure and charge a lease fee. I notice that today's RNS confirms that PHE will take a 50% share of the SPV, which I suspected all along, but there is still no confirmation that Peel are putting any money into it.

TBH, I don't think it makes any sense for Myles to be a director of PHE.

Just seems a bit of a mess. No one seems to be able to work with HW. I remember one of the first comments PDD made was that no one had actually spoken to Peel in months. Now they have even less chance of them talking.

Holding fewer after today's RNS.

May still attend AGM, if and when we get one:

Out of shear curiosity.

Myles, another not standing for re-election on the PHE Board?, is with Peel.

I always thought that Peel were big and powerful enough to have taken this by the scruff of the neck?

Topping up BHP ahead of tomorrow's Full Year figures.

BHP's final dividend should be around 7% in itself.

Graham, Myles is leaving as director of PHE, which isn't a problem, but there is nothing to say that he is leaving as director of the SPV, so I imagine he will continue to be MD of that company.
