Vatna, shareholders only hope that once the two Protos sites are complete that Peel, be prepared to wait until funding arrived? They Peel build the sites and along comes another technology and takes DMG sites? What point does Peel NRE start paying site fees, etc?And with Peel now distancing themselves from Peel NRE, and having put nothing into to Peel NRE, the risk of the hazard overloading Peel NRE with financial obligation(s) is very real. Always rent a warehouse to someone? DMG V3 or 4?Anyone seen a DMG prototype operational previous few years? Most don't believe such a machine ever existence? I've seen a prototype operational five years ago?

Perhaps PHE ought to grasp the nettle and fund the entire project themselves, or find another partner to go 50/50 with. Waiting on Peel to execute Financial Close is worse than watching paint dry.

Vatna I'm glad I was able to re-enforce your suspicion about Peel having published months ago that Peel advertising Peel NRE on their investor page, where find Peel making offers to request investment in Peel projects. Peel are only interested in warehouses and proven technology/projects this I also published months ago. This company now put to sleep until next year.Tim Yeov, ex CEO, getting £5k a month and no where to be seen? Utterly bonkers to be invested here.

Graham, as Howard isn't a director or PHE, just an influential shareholder, it really wasn't his place to be communicating with Peel, it was down to James and the other directors. But bear in mind that for a long time there were no executive directors in PHE, which was an absolutely ridiculous situation!

zeppo, I've always had doubts about whether Peel are going to invest in the SPV or just provide the site infrastructure and charge a lease fee. I notice that today's RNS confirms that PHE will take a 50% share of the SPV, which I suspected all along, but there is still no confirmation that Peel are putting any money into it.

TBH, I don't think it makes any sense for Myles to be a director of PHE.

Just seems a bit of a mess. No one seems to be able to work with HW. I remember one of the first comments PDD made was that no one had actually spoken to Peel in months. Now they have even less chance of them talking.

Holding fewer after today's RNS.

May still attend AGM, if and when we get one:

Out of shear curiosity.

Myles, another not standing for re-election on the PHE Board?, is with Peel.

I always thought that Peel were big and powerful enough to have taken this by the scruff of the neck?

Topping up BHP ahead of tomorrow's Full Year figures.

BHP's final dividend should be around 7% in itself.

Graham, Myles is leaving as director of PHE, which isn't a problem, but there is nothing to say that he is leaving as director of the SPV, so I imagine he will continue to be MD of that company.

The CEO is leaving boohoo. Big deal. Has anybody seen him or heard him? He was virtually non- existent. When I read his first communication with us as shareholders starting a sentence with " I have been the CEO for 11 weeks or so" I knew it was bad news. He came to the Board with his friend Russel who left after 3 months and Paul was left alone. What has he done in his glorious 6 months? A deal with HUI. Did he come up with a new location? A new partner outside of the U.K. Did he even try to communicate with the shareholders to tell them what his take on the technology is, what is the future of the Company. Nothing. How can you weep after a CEO who wasn't there. We don't know what exactly was he doing all day long. The AGM is coming and nobody wants to be publicly humiliated. So he left. Fantastic. One less mouth to feed The woman there was simply because the companies are desperately trying to be politically correct. So she couldn't handle it and she doesn't want to be humiliated and voted off at the AGM either. What has she done ? Any help for the DMG?The Peel Man, as I can only imagine is very busy. Let him focus on the SPV, why should he be on the main Board. It's a very positive RNS, the Company is dynamic. It rejects its spoil fruit quickly and effectively.Existing Board is fantastic. That's all that counts. The company has money in the bank to keep going forward.

Vatna, maybe get your wish reference the exclusivity agreement 50% partnerships rare every work amongst the abberated. None of the long lead items are in manufacturing nor they sitting at a warehouse. Fact we don't know who is going to manufacture the crucial chambers? No company in Eu or UK has ever built one?More stalling tactics and cannot expect HUI, or any shareholder to announce doom & gloom that guarantee them loosing money the share price would tank. What we do view is HUI, become predatory they already distanced themselves from DMG, tried to spin they have another way forward based on DMG, wake up folks this is highly risky share.

Market seems to be liking it. We do have a few bits of news out there this morning. The government support outweighs all. As they'll want to help replicate these ideas. And fast hopefully

Sorry cash can't agree there as still no start date at Protos and MD of Peel NRE leaving. That can't be good for relationship with them.

I think Ken/Deccr may be disappointed. Most of these moves are things that have been mentioned on these BBs as "wish list" items, and now we have it. PHE back in control. I just hope the they find a good CEO quickly, not like last time. But Keith Riley is perfectly capable, perhaps they will make him permanent CEO.

I would have preferred to get rid of Peel's exclusivity option. I just don't see the point of it, and I hope it doesn't prevent PHE going into JVs with other companies and local authorities, ,which is what I believe they should do.

Anything could be happening here think the shadow of hw has made ceo untenable . . Did he actually do anything while he was taking his wage? Anyway. The government is fully behind the hydrogen cluster. Maybe the board movements show that there may be something bigger like a buy out looming

Now got to find 50% of funding. I suspected Peel weren't going to funds this beyond the buildings. When the investment page of Peel is researched you'll find an offer to invest in Protos DMG company (forget the specific company name) rather than the site itself.Next year we could postulate PHE, require to acquire 100%?The resignations all post a strong message and it isn't positive.
